my mystic knight curb stomps the ever living shit out of your fighter. fighter is a nice class though ngl, but my MK build made me have to max out fighter warrior mage and sorcerer and i just spam great cannon with my enchant and do massive amounts of damage, like whooping urdragons ass damage
@@dominusretra9220 You do realise I already made a Mystic Knight video, right? This series is meant to show off the individual strengths of each vocation and what they're good at. It just so happens that this video is dedicated to Fighter, that's all.
@@Infinite_Cringe hey shut up i already realized it after watching more of your videos dont out me like dat. also gimme ur steam id ima steal ur pawn it now belongs to me
Enemy: "please take damage"
Fighter: "no"
Fighter: “I missed the part where that’s my problem” *Parries*
One time in the Fallen City, my pawn, a fighter, picked up a few of the sour ambrosial meats that spawn there as we wandered around. Then she found a group of perhaps four to six eliminators. Charging directly at them, she shouted, "I'll finish it off with a flurry of attacks!" and proceeded to spend the next few minutes spamming Dragon's Maw back to back until all of them were dead, all the while chowing down on sour ambrosial meats to keep her stamina topped off.
I wish my pawns possessed such clutch-owning ability. Shit gets tough for them and they pretty much die.
Damn..I was hoping this was funny.. I stopped reading at "I'll finish it off with a flurry of blows"... And the rest played in my head. Your pawn getting stunlocked by 6 black penis bulls in an orgy as they stomp her and when one bull eats pure shit and uses his ram and makes the cutscene hammer miss just have another 2 or 3 bulls just ram her off the fucking side😂😂😂
A very well trained Pawn, i gotta say ;o
Sometimes some ppl put only 1 skill in the primary or secondary attacks, just to force the Pawn to keep spamming it. Dragon's Maw might be one of this examples, like i saw a "Brain Splitter" only in a Strider as well >D
@@dunderthunder9858Train them properly. There are guides for how to properly train your pawns for each vocation.
I love my main pawn, never gave them any stamina items so they just charge in and die immediately.
Dragon‘s Dogma has the best combat in any existing RPG to this date
Totally agreed, and that's why it deserves a Dragon's Dogma 2

i wish i could do controlled fall, but my reaction is not fast enough for that

Brain (helm/skull) Splitter > anything else in the entire game. Does most physical damage at least if you discount Conqueror's Periapt with arc of obliteration or that useless ranger attack that drains all stamina and only works like 30-40 % of the time. Strider is the best class in the game if you level them as assassin or ranger.
Edit: I forgot DIre gouge. But that's useless too. Only works with swords and climbing so... how about no.
As a fighter main, this brought a tear in my eye.
Same
"Figher's just a better version if Warrior."
Yep, pretty much. I only level Warrior for Clout and go back to Fighter. The class is just so much fun for me.
Warriors appeal is it's borderline OHKO move lmao I love that move so much, makes you feel god-tier
@@SoraTsubasaThat's undeniably true. While I prefer Fighter, I absolutely love Warrior for basically being able to OHKO enemies.
Warrior has two builds - those that use basically no charged skills and prioritise Core Attacks to inflict that lovely stagger then knockdown, and those that build up Arc of Deliverance/Obliteration in an attempt to go straight to knockdown. The first requires you to know exact limb weakness of each enemy (in which case literally any Vocation becomes better), the latter is relies on enemies having long knockdown times and (depending on who you're talking to) can get old quick, but both have Exodus Slash.
You can arguably say that all Fighters play the same, but at least they can go without always having one specific skill equipped at all times. I was always surprised that the Warrior didn't unlock Warcry variants for their 3 remaining skill slots as well, but hey.
I love warrior for their jump attacks. Lmao when I play warrior I almost exclusively use jump strikes lol
Seriously though, Warrior should be able to use 6 skills instead of just 3. Their biggest flaw.
@@knightenchanter7908 literally the best melee Jump attack in the game

Thank you very much :)
OK now I'm convinced to main a Fighter on my first playthrough of Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen. You'll have to wait for my next playthrough Mystic Knight.
sorry, Landing arc of Deliverance is digital crack to me.

I’ve never gotten tired of the feeling of you and your fellow fighter pawn blitz striking into a group of goons, full moon slashing everyone, and then pounding everyone with cymbal attack. I’ve tried all of the vocations in this game and I always come back to Fighter.
It’s dragons maw most of the time but yeah it’s anazing

Awesome video. Running a Fighter now and loving it. Keep up the great content!
As a warrior main I will admit, mystic knight makes all the other classes look like children.
Maximum DPS Assassin is pretty brutal too.
Mystic Knight makes every other class look fun. All it that class does is spam cannon away from danger. Only other thing they have is shield counter buff so they can fight like a boring fighter with half of the fighter skills.
@@whichDude laughs in abyssal anguish
@@whichDude its probably one of if not the most versatile vocation? And you dont have to use canon or the sigials if you dont want to, then its just a fighter with a magic counter

Mystic Knight: that Cannon thingy (forgot hehe..) and their enchanments..
Magic Archer: that first skill u acquired (forgot hehe..) and ricochet (enclosed area)
One of the best combat systems ever in an action rpg.
If the main story and the side quest had been better it would have been an instant classic.
The leveling system also really fucking sucked. Having to play a class you don't want to so you can max out damage was super lame.
I can see you rising in the youtube charts, great video!
Watched almost all of your dragons dogma vids. All I got to say is N I C E
Just spam those dragon's maw like there's no tomorrow
every class: has to use multiple skills and positioning is pretty important, melee has to sometimes use climbing
ranger: uses one button for every fight
your videos just make me want to replay the game like nine time so i can replay each class.
I subbed and liked your video keep posted I’m already a big fan lol
I got devilbane as soon i change to fight i was blessed by the RNG lords also keep up the great class vids
Love the videos. Yes, indeed they are all OP. The only thing I would like is to enjoy the game and the "discovery" aspect. The POINT is to have fun. You show one can now matter what vocation they try. Thank you.
There’s a good reason why I played the entire game as just as fighter... this video shows the reason lol.
If only fighters had a long range skill, like throwing daggers. Then it’d be the only vocation I’d play.
0:20 Dragon's Maw feels like cheating... It's great.
Ikr. You do decent DPS and are invincible the entire time the animations playing.

For me, Magic Archer is the best class when playing the DLC.
yeah MA destroys everything , ranger is op too, can kill diamon in seconds
A legendary knight that crusade all of bitter Black Isle was no warrior or magic archer or a mystic knight, it was a fighter who cleansed the despair filled Labyrinth.

Tip: if youre an experienced player and you want to add a little more spice to this build, swap fullmoon slash for hindsight sweep. Crazy fun and satisfying to use
The upgraded version of Hindsight sweep (from accessories) is even better!
You know dragon's dogma is a good representation of how dungeons and dragons feel. I mean see what happens in both 5th edition and dogma if you don't have at least one caster in your group.
A bunch of Fighter pawns with Dragon’s Maw is a damn nightmare to deal with, especially if they have magical swords.
Now if only they got ranged attacks…well dang.
lmaoooo the bit at the start of the video fucking got me because I main warrior, lmao. I mean, I can't deny that warrior is the tankiest class in the game, but there's just something alluring about carrying a big sword around, lol.

he cant keep getting away with this! [dragons dogma 2] he can keep getting away with this!
Warrior problem is the lack of mobility, unless the enemy is crippled there's no way u can beat them down fast
Nah, Warrior’s real problem is lack of reliable, consistent damages unlike GE3.
I'm a fan of fighter. I keep going back to it. But the lack of range really hampers some of my play sessions.
The mystic knight is looking down at you.
Doubt it since MK is my main.

Need some advice
I'm leveling up my fighter pawn as sorc to get his core magick defense up to 300
Worth it or should I focus on warrior for clout now and then the magick def to 300 and then ranger for stamina?
Is this your first playthrough? If so, don't min-max. It's not worth it and the difference it makes is barely noticeable. Players care more about status resistances when hiring.
As for your question, base def and magick def stats don't matter. Endgame armor will give him the resistances he needs. Once you beat the dragon, you gain access to an insanely convenient farming method to max out your vocation rank in a few minutes. If you can't wait until then, level warrior now and grab clout. The extra health and strength will do him good. Ranger for stamina is a good idea, but assassin is another option if you want more strength and around a similar amount of stamina.
@@Infinite_Cringe ok thank you, this is my 4th playthrough and I just felt like my Sorc pawn wasn't that great since he always came back with the default 3 stars meaning he either died or the person renting him just threw him off into the abyss so I just want to make a decent fighter who can be good endgame and post daimon, currently his weapons made him reach 1k damage at level 40 or 50, he is now lvl 80 and his magic defense is at about 240 or 260 which is definitely enough, I might level him up as ranger for the stamina gain if I'm going to give him dragons maw, but rlly I just want him to get hired alot and for the people hiring him to be happy with him
Warrior gets some nice strength benefits through level ups
Man i mean i played a lot of rpgs, mmo's but dragona dogma have the best warrior class have seen. The skills with sword, counter attacks, combos, skills with shields, shields combos and advanced defense. The shield in this game is not a darksouls fashion acessory, its really a shield for the warrior. Attacking and defending!!!🗡🛡
You haven't really explored Dark Souls if you say the shield is just a fashion accessory.
@@JiryStark using shield in pvp's? Using shields door's on pve? Using stamina shield for a little fast recovering? Or just playing parry god master dumbass in pvps like clown? Well nice shield mecanics in game dude. Nice! No thanks! Darksouls is no reference for me friend. Even darksouls fanboys shitts arguments mecanics of parrying, rolling, bugstab, lag's pvps and just press one button to win. Most player's of darksouls are dumb and a waste of time.

Can you make this exactly on Dragons Dogma 2? I’m a hardcore fighter main in any game and I keep watching this video daily lol.
Makes me wanna play again
This video should have been called; Dragon's Maw is OP.
"Warrior: Spare me, 3 skills means i am nerfed ;x
But hello Eminence and Exodus Slash, my best mates =D"
Warrior doesn't have a lot going for it,...but what it does have is holy shit, wow.
I don't even play this game ijust like these videos i think there great
I wanted to be a fighter main but the problem with it was that I hated not being able to hit flying enemies. That and when I tried to fight something I'd get flung and die so Ranger it is sadly. I want to restart the game and lvl up the right vocations for a build but I don't want to lose all my gear and stuff.
No worries mate. You could level up all the wrong vocations, and still be viable. Most of the stats in endgame will come from armor and weapons. In fact, multi-vocation leveling is a fun way to play. You’ll be able to switch to anything and do well.
Warrior is a pump shotgun, Fighter is a semi-automatic rifle.
Is rifle more generally useful, due to lacking the pump delay/capacity limits? Yes. Is shotgun much more satisfying with every pull of the trigger while also being able to do some things that a rifle can't really do? Yes.
Mystic knight out here lookin like a AR-15 with an ACOG + M203 tho.
And here I am, a Strider pleb.
Don't worry. Strider is part of the mega chad vocation club too.

Hell yeah
Yoooooooo I'm that magick archer behind the bar 7 sec in and I've already got a Cameo nice
Holy cow! How long did it take to beat daimon without focusing his weak point?
I think the fight lasted a little less than 10 minutes. I recorded this nearly a month ago so I don't remember. First form was fine, it normally takes about 2-3 minutes. Second form was a lot longer but my pawn spammed fracture dart on his face which helped a lot. Solo fights with fighter can take up to 15-20 minutes. Daimon's attack patterns are a little RNG but I normally try to get him to spam moves that leave him vulnerable for longer or can be avoided with I-frame skills and perfect blocks to maximise DPS.

Just double checking, seems a little odd for two magic based classes to go into a Fighter build.
You wind up with 606 strength and 605 magick because it's a hybrid build. It lets you play any vocation and use enchanted weapons effectively.
