I have tried many failed businesses and it's just a step further. Don't despair. But to add, if you do decide to use a financial advisor, it's best you use someone who understands your special needs and can work with you. I learnt this from experience before finally finding one I can stick with. Now I make six figures from my investments alone, and even more from my businesses.

I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 38, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $5k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

That's precisely why I prefer to have a portfolio coach help me make daily decisions about the markets. Their vast experience of simultaneously going long and short, taking advantage of risk for its asymmetrical upside, and selling it as a hedge against inevitable downward turns means that they almost never underperform. During the course of the last two years, I have used a portfolio coach, and I have made over $800,000.

Review your portfolio with a professional and don't make the same mistakes again. Diversify, as in your 401K, your stock portfolio, and hopefully REIts and Real Estate holdings. The key to building wealth is long term. I learned 30 years ago that you have to keep emotions (rookie) out of your investment decisions at all cost

Most people either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

you're right. whatever makes you happy is most important BUT in today's world where the middle-class is/has continued to inch closer to the lower class, especially thanks to the plandemic, it's best to feel and know you're secure in your finances in order for you and your family to survive. Most are just getting by living paycheck to paycheck and now we see government helping those people which will/is keeping people home, accepting government handouts. who needs to work anymore? lets just let government pay our way. Lets talk from the rich/wealthy so we don't have to work ( socialism ). So while money can't buy love, it CAN buy security for you and your loved ones and MINDSET is a major reason why some are rich and most are poor. Our parents are usually responsible for instilling into us either mindset.

I totally agree with you. Happiness is a thing or set of things, that will vary drum person to person. I once met a couple in their late 50's, living in Mexico. whom had decided to divorce the "American Rat Race", as they put it. They lived in a very small colony, located lake side, which was originally established by French settlers. I have to say, it is beautiful there. It's not even close, to the common, border town setting, one is accustomed to seeing in mexico, cuz those places are the result of mass migration to the border, failed on the illegal crossing attempts, then create an over crowded, unsettled situation of living and economics. NO! where this couple lives, the original architecture, along with plazas and living, seem as time frozen. What surprised me more, was in how many people of other countries, such as Canada, korea, Spaniards and even some Italians, are living there in Mexico. And the locals, as polite,Hospitable and accommodating, a they are here, in the 🇺🇲. That experience has changed my outlook on Latin, especially Mexican immigrants, here in America.

After a terrible 2022, shell-shocked financial backers have a lot to think about and losses to recover from. An expansion report and a wealth of other data did little to alter assumptions that the Central bank would likely keep raising interest rates regardless of whether the economy slows down. This implies that portfolios will experience more losses during the first quarter of 2023. Andrei Stoenescu Great Question! There is two ways you can do this. The equity you build on your first home will help you with your second. You can also rent out your first home and live with parents. A lot rich Asians do this. That’s why I mention having a decent job is important. Business helps but a lot of people fail in their endeavors. Also, save enough for a recession in the economy. Low economy made a lot millionaires.

Wissame Elmel It depends on your job. It depends where you’re expenses. I know a person that makes $40 per hour and have negative in savings because of expenses like rent, car, Utilities. And the other person making $18 an hour but still living with his grandmother And he’s able to Save a lot more money . Both live in SF

    • @chrisnuenthel8937
      @chrisnuenthel8937 4 года назад +24

Sam gilltill well it's not how much u make but wht u do with it. I figured savings weren't great unless u have a good interest rate. With a good interest rate hopefully the savings would keep up with inflation? But back to my previous statement. Most ppl live beyond their means, so if u do this it won't matter how much u make, u'll be in debt. If u live below ur means, u'll save even at minimum wage. In 2014 I was making $10 an hour and could save 1500 in just a few short months. Cause I just paid for a one bedroom apartment, food and utilities. Got around with bus or bike and lived close to work. But if I was like yeah let me buy a new car and get car payments, boom I'd be struggling to pay for stuff let alone save. Ppl aren't very practical, they spend with little foresight and it catches up eventually.

About taking control of your life. As humans we’re usually groomed from birth to be taken care of. When he says I don’t need anyone to take care of me (a paycheck) that’s also symbolic of life. I took charge of my career and real estate investing life when I realized I have to stop thinking money will come to me just by chance. Would you like a sail boat out in the ocean waiting for the wind to take you to land or a motorboat? Do you want to wait for food to grow to eat or hunt it down? I chose to hunt down my goals in life. You’re stronger than you think. God bless!

3:44 resonates pretty strongly right now. I lost my job in a field I was passionate about. From there, tried to look for other jobs in the same field. After repeated failures and almost losing my passion completely, it really forced me to take a good look at the skills I had and the skills that I should really be learning so I can get to where I want to be. 6 months later, I am still not where I want to be but I am happy that I am learning marketable skills and getting into a field where they can actually be applied.

His whole interview and speeches are deep thoughts to investigate. But what I have found that, He's teaching yet keeping some catches to be catched by the viewers themselves. It's a puzzle inside another puzzle.
Robert himself also aware of that, his thoughts and speeches also got a few loops and holes those intentionally inserted by him to make it a puzzle inside a puzzle. But to crack that down from his speech puzzle would be the ultimate game changing challenge for viewers !!

The guy is thinking right. In capitalist point of view and in clever view. In reality. If everyone was like him there would be nothing. There must be people creating value. I mean craftsman who will build your house, other guy make windows, other guy crop the field and milk the cow, guy to repair your car. And Kiyosaki is guy above all these guys. Doing nothing, milking all those under him without whom HE would be nothing. It concept he is ultimate right and himself even moral which is rare in these circles. But his thoughts, teachings and mind set is breading others that are exactly THE reason why we are living in this disfunctional society where 90% of people work hard so they could stay poor. He is not mesiah......it is easy to look at his audience. Wannabe "selfmadeup guys"...young "berichquick" scoundrel boys from scam markets...and biggest audience: poor people with dreams. And the dreams are everything they'll have all life

It's amazing to me that people can't understand the importance of paying their fair share of taxes.
Our last "president" slashed taxes on the wealthy and raised them on working people like me to make up for the tax shortfall.
Why anyone worships wealthy people who actually screw them is beyond me.
This guy and others like him are freeloader leaches on society.
      Bad for America.

you truely are thinking poor. He did is labor at a young age, he also is teaching people that wanna do something with their lives. its ok if you wanna milk cows and yes people need to do these jobs for society to function but without leaders, and wealthy people like him. how are you gonna advertise, ship, move supplies, have the tools to milk and pasterize the milk. they also have their purpose doesn't mean they are walking over people to get rich. Robert personally buys real estate and rents it out to people that cant afford to buy a house. without him 5k people would be homeless and without people like him 4.9billion people would be homeless. You need to understand both sides. I personally buy and fix up apartments for low income people and make them affordable and nice. If you wanna be the important working class u can be, we also are important.

He used to be a craftsman himself but he did that for long enough and then figured out how to get on top by investing and being a businessman. That simply is how our system works. There is nothing wrong with working for a living or being a business person. I don't see him as some sort of parasite just somebody who played the game and won.
