@@DuranDanny it is tejano music. Tejano music has 3 basic versions with Rancheras, Cumbias and Boleros in all 3. There is Tejano/Grupo, Tejano/Conjunto and Tejano/Orchestra. This song is more Tejano/Conjunto. But who cares, I love all 3. Que vive la musica Tejana
My Uncles played at bars in Texas with Ramón Ayala in McCallen Texas in the early 60's before they made it big, but again they also played inTamaulipas Mex.

We lived in East Los in tye early 80's ,both my parents born en Tejas.Tejano music/Norteño has been around in the Cali area for a long time
