How would you say the durability is with the prio neo. I noticed one of the main strap anchors on the side of the shoe is broke. Do you have a pair, or do you prefer something different?

The durability is questionable with that strap anchor breaking. However, the person who owns the shoe (our daughter) tends to destroy many possessions through inexplicable means. She's still been wearing the shoes with no complaint, but you may want to see what others have to say about that anchor. Xero Shoes does have good customer service if you did have an issue.
Depending on your use case, you might look into the Forza Trainer as an alternative or the HFS II. We've tried both and like them. We've also tried the 360, but it doesn't have great lockdown (even though it is comfy to just wear around).
Though not a "gym" shoe, the Mesa Trail II has had good durability through rugged use.

@@Ruinyourknees Thanks for the reply. I will look into those shoes you suggested. I'm looking for an everyday shoe which is why I asked about durability. I walk a couple miles everyday to/from work on varied surfaces, from asphalt, railroad tracks, concrete sidewalks, rocks and dirt parking lots, steel cover plates, wood and steel stairwells, to the local grocery store after work. I don't plan on fitness training with the shoe since I work out at home and just go barefoot there 😉

@@chriswho6794 Lems makes some shoes which are quite durable and do a good job being generalist. They are not as minimalistic as Xero Shoes (much more stiff and less flexible), but they should be near zero drop. Xero Shoes will give your foot more work and range of motion.
