I am so happy I found your channel. My legs don’t work, but thank the lord my mind, eyes, and hands do.....your an inspiration and give me hope that this is something that could do...thank you for sharing your joy and love of making jewelry
You can do it, Annette! I, too, am mostly sedentary and making jewelry is a wonderful form of therapy, a worthwhile hobby, plus a way of making money! Go you!
Wendy, I am very late for seeing this. This is the first time I’ve seen any of your videos. Your earrings are beautiful! The wire straightener is used with the wire held longways in it where the ridges go along the wire on both sides you pull it through and the ridges straighten the wire. I much prefer the nylon jawed pliers for that job because my old arthritic hands have trouble holding the straightener like you have.
Super cute earrings. I have some small Czech glass 3 petal and trumpet flowers that are similar except no large Lucite flowers and am in need of the right chain. Oh well, so until the budget allows I will try to see what I can do with what I have and see what happens. Thanks for more cute projects to keep hands & minds busy in these days of sheltering at home. Stay healthy and safe. 😼💜
Hi Wendy! I love these earrings! I have a lot of flowers and leaves. Now, I have some ideas on what to do with them. Thank-you! Your designs are very pretty. 🙂😇👣
Wendy, I am watching this video on Feb 2021. Love all of the flower earrings. I will check my stock to see what I need to make a few. Thanks for this tutorial.
Hey Wendy ive seen several of ur videos and i find them inciteful and intuative. U have tought me a few things as i am into beading for about 9 months now.Thank u so much for taking the time to teach
I just love the earrings. It sucks waiting for the Hero's checks and soc. sec. checks. I'll have to get by on the thousands of beads I have. I'm running out of certain parts and variety. I don't have the lucite and would love to have some. Thanks for all the ideas. You're fun to watch...
hi Wendy. beautiful earrings. The wire straightener you need to hold the other way. hold it in your hand as if you are grasping it ,you roll and pull down to straighteners wire
That s was an awesome video!! I’m sooo impressed with what y’all do. I see this was 9 months ago but, better late than never. Great tutorial Wendy! ♥️♥️
It's me, your eagle-eyed fan. I'm wondering where you got the flat lucite flowers? I've got lots of the other components, as I love the flower earrings and they were wildly popular a couple years ago, but I so hope you bring them back, as I think they are so wonderful. When I sold them before, they were quite popular. I love the various designs that are possible, and you've shown us many new ones. I'm a landscape designer by profession and an avid gardener in my non-jewelry maker life, so these really resound with me. Thanks for sharing your vision.
Hi Wendy, they are absolutely beautiful , sooo pretty and happy looking!!!! I have lots of lucide flowers and used them to make little angels earrings which I sold to support the cancer association! I love the painted ones too, do you ship internationally ? Stay safe, blessings from sunny Spain! 😋😋😋🌸
Hi. What size is the larger bead cap. I was going to try this but if I bought different size flowers how do I figure out what size bead cap I need? For the longer one that sits right on the flower. Thanks!
I just try different bead caps and see what I like. The longer ones are approximately 16 mm in length. I have them in my website in several different colors if you want to check them out.
Well, Nice Job Ms Wendy. This has to be 1 of the better instructional video's I've seen........didn't answer my search, but I'll keep looking
