BIG WHEELS on a Grizzly Bandsaw - G9742

The little wheels on the G9742 Grizzly Bandsaw are kinda puny. I upgraded them!

I can see how that base does need replacing; you can choose a gauge of steel that will give you the strength you need, and your existing modifications will bolt right on.

Good video anyway, being humble is a great quality. Very good idea about a kit to improve this base. About the flimsy base, I would considere installing an angle iron angle between the wheel support and the upper part of the cart. Good luck!

Dude not all first try on improving a product work out that's why we are fabricators , I have many failures and lots of scrap metal in bins .

The failure was that of the manufacturer, you can't make a silk purse from a sows ear.
