MOST BEAUTIFUL DRIVE IN EUROPE? DUBROVNIK TO SPLIT? PLUS SPLIT DIOCLESION'S PALACE WALK THROUGH!

Today we pick up a car in Dubrovnik and drive the beautiful coastline from Dubrovnik to Split. Once we get to Split, we take a walk through the old town area, which was predominately Dioclesion's Palace. We then have dinner at a local Pizza restaurant - which was fantastic.

The rotten egg smell at the Riva is from sulphur springs in the area, not pollution. These sulphur springs were even used by Diocletian, when he had his palace built there.

This was in mid-October. The weather was perfect (mid 60s-70s) and much less crowds!
