- The 6 Solfeggio frequencies come from the ancient Gregorian chants and pre-date modern musical scales.
They are often said to have supernatural properties though it is widely debated as to what those properties are.
I have researched the frequencies and combined what I found with my own personal experience to help explain the possible benefits of each frequency.

Each chapter focuses on an individual frequency and is 30 minutes long. You may listen in sequence or skip ahead to the frequencies that call to you. There is no need to listen in order and you may listen for as little as 5 minutes or as long as feels beneficial.
A chime will indicate the start and end of each chapter and text will inform you on the potential uses of each frequency.
I think you'll find that one or more frequencies resonate with you stronger than the others.

This frequency is said to promote emotional stability, inner peace, grounding, and feeling of security all of which provide freedom from the grip of fear and guilt.
00:36:35 417Hz - Clearing Negative Energy
This frequency is said to facilitate change/transformation, promote emotional healing, enhance creativity, break negative cycles, improve emotional well-being, and clear negative energy.
01:11:40 528Hz - Twin Flame (AKA The Love Frequency)
"Twin Flames" are said to be two people that are two halves of the same soul. Some believe they are destined to find each other in this live and when they do, they will experience profound, transformational love and spiritual growth.
Many also believe that 528Hz is the frequency that drawn twin flames together because of it's ability to foster love, compassion, emotional well-being. It's also believed by some that this frequency has the power to repair DNA, heal our cells, and enhance overall physical health and vitality.

It's said that this frequency may have the power to enhance communication, create harmony in relationships, promote emotional release, foster feelings of empathy, and help you to connect better with others.

This frequency is believed to have the power to cleans the body of toxins, remove electromagnetic radiation, purify the body from infections and clear negative thoughts and emotional blockages.
02:57:38 852Hz - Insight, Clarity, and Intuition
There is much debate as to whether the solfeggio frequencies are connected to the chakras though it is commonly believed that there is some connection between the 852Hz frequency and the third eye. Many believe it can stimulate or cleans the pineal gland resulting in improved abilities to meditate and lucid dream. It is also said to improve one's intuition, decision making, and sense of connection to the spiritual world. It may also enhance one's very perception of reality.

For me personally, the Solfeggio frequencies are all interconnected (although some more intensely with each other than with others). Nothing in us, in the Universe, stands on its own and somehow this scale makes me experience this on a deep level

417 sounds mighty nice to me. Is there a frequency that affects you negatively. I was reading the description and all the tones in this video are healthy and good for you. Is there a naughty tone or frequency?
Probably just incoherent / low frequencies like multiple drummers drumming in a non-rhythmic way for example
I will have to relisten to determine which resonates most but i love the visuals
Was you using tuning forks above the bowls ? Also why do 6 have like tone names, and first 2 and last one making 9, don't? 🙏💜
His sounds always have a meatier beat if that makes sense. I think that's either a consistent tuning fork or he has tuning forks close to the bowls.
His description of the video is like a essay as well and very informative.

Yes, thank you so much. I'm , aware of his in-depth video descriptions. I read them in great detail, there what makes listening to them, all the more of an amazing experience. I asked about the forks cause i think solfeggio frequencies were first found by forks and i noticed it looked like his other arm was high up over bowls and i asked the Q about the other 3 frequencies that don't have names but are listed in the solfeggio, were not mentioned in the description. So just thought I'd ask especially as it said he thinks he has worked them out. Such a soul connection to sound, his answer or opinion means great deal. Blessings to you ✨️♾️✨️

I have an app to listen to Solfeggio frequenci/Vibrations But obviously not quite same as this ❤ I belive them to be very beneficial. This sounds great and and tomorrow is hard day! So glad i woke up 2 this 🙌🏼 cool visual too ❤️🧡🩷
