    Great video. It’s interesting that you don’t have to be named but simply identified . I assume that referring to my ex wife without legally naming her but simply through association with me can lead to a case of defamation??

    Wondering whether today’s (5th June 2021) hatchet job by the herald sun on a doctor in Melbourne would be a good defamation case.
    The implication being that he wasn’t helping his patients when scientific evidence suggests he may be.
