- Some of the most hazardous terrain holds some of the most incredible wild fish. I trekked several kilometres in untouched crystal clear water to find a very special fish

The stoke is real mate.. dosent matter how big or small.. the adventure is cool..to chase a species and have success is half the battle the rest is living the dream..love it
100% mate. Livin the dream and being positive towards others. Comes full circle.
It's not always the size of the fish, it's the challenge & the new skills learned that make it rewarding.👍
100% 🍻
We certainly live in a beautiful part of the world. Thanks for the virtual experience. I look forward to the rest of this series from your Northern adventure.
3 up and one more to go. Cheers Daz
Freshwater fishing takes you to some of the nicest places
Sure does. We've got it all in Australia
Love hope you can make more trips up here and hope we get onto them
Would love too mate!
Looks like great fun! Nice work Andy, great vid 😁🤙🎣
Cheers mate 😉
The next step is way up in the mountains on lake Eungella where the big foot balls live.. wait till you hook up to a 50.. you will know about it.. fish on..🧜♂️
I'll look that up mate. Cheers for the tips. Definitely be back. Paradise
Beautiful spot!
Good to see you doing the hard yards so we dont have to Andy 🤣
Haha No risk no reward they say!
They love surface lures man, use little poppers or surface walkers and they'll smash it. Best fun with clothes on
Well done mate 💪
Cheers Rod!
Does the falling in the water thing attract the fish???
My guess is they like to hide in structure
@@CoastfishTV aggghhh do as the fish do very wise 🤣🤣
What creek mate?
West of Mackay. I used google earth and followed the roads. I don't even know if it has a name. It was pretty random.
@@CoastfishTV I used to fish the Pioneer river for sooty 40+ years ago. The best fishing was on the Sarina inland road at funnel creek and also on Tierawoomba station at the line hole. I remember 5 of us camped at the line hole, and woke up early fishing one morning and all started hooking up together. We fished non stop for three hours...each hooking up immediately we hit the water every time,. What was best about it was that they were all about 3 to 4 pounders. Evidently a rain further upstream had flushed the river that night and livened them up. The old inland Hi-way had so many places for this sort of fishing. Best walking the streams during or immediately after the rains on the range. Fishing Mexico for last 15 years...so as a local boy your vids bring back a whole way of life for some of us! Keep up keeping on fishing, bro!
