Assalam o Alaikum, Mudassir sb. My Honda Civic CF AC sometimes blows cool air, but other times it doesn't. When the car is stationary or parked, it doesn’t cool, but when I start driving, it does. What could be the issue? Is it repairable?

Brother, there are two types of noises in a compressor. One is the sound from the bearings inside, and the other is from a broken rotor. If the noise is due to the bearings inside the compressor, it can be serviced and completely repaired, costing around three thousand rupees. However, if the noise is coming from the broken rotor, as you're suggesting, along with the lack of pressure, then the rotor is likely broken. In that case, it won't be repairable, and you'll have to replace the compressor.
