When you consider who’s REALLY popular, and furthermore, WHY they are. it’s never because they challenge the public to work hard on themselves to tap into their fullest potential.
Most people, at least as I know the general public to be, are lazy, escapist, and complacent. If that were fact, then that would explain The Bioneer’s relative ranking in RUclips popularity.
Amongst the subset of those who are excited about learning and growing, Adam’s quite popular. When I read the comment section, I can see right away that these people are NOT typical. These people actually set personal development goals, which makes them a fairly small minority in the grander scope of humanity.
That said, this channel IS growing, and we’re fortunate to have it as a resource to use & share w/ others.

I'm sure you have reviewed this book before, but Steve Justa's "Rock, Iron, Steel" is a great resource on contrlateral training. I would also suggest looking into the workouts of competitive arm wrestlers for some really great one arm strength building exercises.
Thanks man. Your channel is a breath of fresh air in the RUclips world of fitness.

As far as contra lateral exercises for the brain, I recommend an app/game called Duel n back. It forces you to recall sounds and positions that were just presented to you. More challenging than it sounds. I think a super hero like spider man, who has amazing reaction time as well as an uncanny ability to make decisions in the moment would find such training beneficial.

It feels weird enough when you fold your arms other than the way you're used to. A musician who played Paul McCartney in the West End actually taught himself to play bass left-handed, the way Paul plays. He said he just practiced and practiced and stopped when it started frying his brain.

Adam, Ive got a great one for you! I, just now, named it the warrior farmer. A spade or shovel in one hand and a rake in the other. So two long object with something heavy on the ends. You then mimic dual sword training striking with both at the same time from the upper (right or left) side downward. You start with hand placement at the bottom and move up when your wrists cant take it. When the hand with the heavy object give up you changes hands.
