Its because they are mentally ill. There is a disorder called BIID. The BIID disorder is when you think one of your limbs does not belong attached to your body. I guess thinking your in the wrong body is similar??? Don't really know but both are are forms of mental illness.

This is obv fake. The two little boys in the beginning are not the couple. First of all they don't look like them and one of them has blue eyes whereas the "adult versions" have dark eyes. The two little boys look very simialr and the adults don't at all.

The whole cousins thing is a little weird, but weird doesn't necessarily equate "wrong." The reason incest is wrong in the first place is due to the likelihood of having babies with birth defects. There's no reproducing going on in this relationship due to his wife-cousin being trans. So while it seems like a strange relationship from the outside looking in, there's no logical reason to deem it as unethical. As far as I'm concerned, I'm all about "do what you want as long as you're not hurting anybody."
