I like how Jack remembered that an idiot caused this whole debacle in the beginning of the video. He stops to sadly have to remind everyone how to check that their marker is aired down haha. It sucks that everyone who had one on order for delayed. But for people who already had their LV2 you can keep using original hpr and now you got sent s free second hpr internal set. I do want to say though. Thank you for responding in such a customer first ideology Planet Eclipse, it really is appreciated.

You can hear the "I can't believe we have to do this because someone didn't realize that a screw has its limits" tone in his voice.

So I'm trying to understand what was wrong with the original part. . . Did someone crank their hpr adjustment so hard that they spun the entire assembly, causing it to no longer be held in place by the clip?
Edit: Nevermind, I just read the bulletin linked in the description.

If you need the update, do you have to send your marker in, or would the part be mailed to Us?

Part will be mailed to you. The part is also entirely unnecessary unless you’re an idiot.
