@@harrynewman9922 I get what you mean but it's still early days. The squad need time to gel. People were calling for Joka's head after the Wolves game in our promotion season. We were 7th after 19th games before making it to 2nd after 37 games and then we got automatically promoted.
The season before, we had 5 wins in our opening ten and 1 in the next before finishing 13th. I'm not saying that we will get promotion guaranteed but we do have several players coming back from injury and quarantine. Maybe one of Garners free kicks will go in. Luck is a big factor in football. Look at Villa Liverpool yesterday

Scored more than Deeney in his time without benefit of CF and penalties.
For anyone who is wondering why he went. Wage cap in EFL and the drop in level will be the two main causes.
I don't think he would of done well in the EFL though. Too physical. Ken Sema and Sarr better suited to it.
Geri and Maxi will do bits for Udinese though, good luck to them and hopefully they have a good season this year
Wish he played for Liverpool. In the Gegenpress Systeme he could have been easily as good as any other goal scoring machine. Unfortunately he got injured against us. :(
I have no idea why no big club bought him from Watford. Maybe it's his mentality outside the pitch?
same i wished he played for us.... when he played at his best he was unplayable but i think he is inconsistent
Other clubs wanted him but said he does not look for options to pass to team mates as often as he should.

@@rgfttggtggy932 I'd rather have deulofeu toughened up in the championship and offer more chances of promotion, than go out on loan to play a 'handful' of decent teams in an Italian football setting, nothing like the English leagues.
@@rgfttggtggy932 seria a is sub par to the prem, its probably in between prem-champ so not much overall better quality than champ imo except for the handful of decent top prem worthy sides. As a Watford fan I'd obviously want to see Geri in the championship to help push for promotion. For the club, I'd want him here but I doubt to see him return.
