what you do recording these concerts in full is like the most altruistic public service to RHCP fans. Thank you. I was there, to the right of John's pedal board and I can now enjoy this forever as well as the show on July 15th. It was like a pilgrimage from the UK to see 2 nights of RHCP in Toronto... now all I need is a time machine to go back to 2003 and do a pilgrimage to Slane Castle...
I suddenly bought the ticket 1 hour before the show and I got the luck of being in front of the stage in sector 202. I was nervous because I didn't have the money but I made an "impulsive purchase" but worth my entire life for the amazing show we witnessed. Red Hot Chilli Peppers has been one of my favorite bands and I was suffering during the whole day with anxiety just because I didn't know if I was able to see them. Worth every single penny
Is it just me or does it seem like John keeps getting better and better? I think he needed some time to find his groove after a decade away from the spotlight, but he's been killing it these last few shows. His solos and jams feel way more inspired. Hopefully he carries that momentum into the studio 🤩
@@brandystewart2113 I don’t think it’s as linear as you describe but I agree in essence with you. His emotions run deep so inevitably he has ups and downs. To me he’s swapped previous more extrovert playing (2007) for something quieter that relies on a skilled, thoughtful and very confident approach. Fingers crossed that this next studio phase will satisfy him creatively.
Thank you for posting this. I was remembering that the show was just a week ago and still vibing high with the good feels from it. Got to meet a nice. British lady I had a lot in common with, a medical doctor, cool guy next to me who got into the peppers listening to his dad play them. It was fucken awesome rocking out to the peppers live and meeting other pepper lovers! 💜💜💜🙏🏻🥳
Thanks for posting! I was there for this show, my 9th time seeing them, and they never disappoint! I took some video and a lot of it was of John. NGL, I got emotional watching him play...just knowing the world could have lost him back in the 90s from his addictions. This guy's a fkn gem. John Muthafukkin' Frusciante!!! ♥️
My second time seeing them! Finally saw John. And heard under the bridge. I literally cried. Some nice man let me and my friend stand on his seat for it.
@@BlintVidz me as well!! I was a bit back from here as well I was in 202, I did hear a lot of folks singing but, to hear the ad-lib of slane on RUclips was great, nicely done too
I love in Toronto and saw them here back in 2016 so I really wanted to see them with John but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get tickets, but my friend who plays guitar in our band went to see them and they said it was great so I can definitely agree with that. John has still got it, man
Thank you so much !! I was hoping someone would post the entire show, I was lucky & got last-minute tickets. was my 2nd time seeing them., definitely won't be my last, love love the Chili Peppers !! ❤
@@Sizks No. This camera is in the front row. He is looking way past that. I was near the back of the pit. He saw me air drumming a bunch of times during the show.
@@Sizks What did the sign say? I'm not one of "those people" but I swear to you he was looking straight at me. I pointed at myself and was like "me? me?" and you see him confirm "you, you"

How is anyone saying this sounds good? It’s horrific. I had it on in the background and kiedis vocals make me cringe every 10-20 seconds. Just awful. Anyone who claims this is “amazing” is insane
In RHCP the bass leads while guitar is the supporting one, just like how John describe it, plus there's no rules in music, the chillies started from the DIY punk scene

It’s amazing how so many of John’s live solos are unique yet still so awesome.

Thanks for sharing this. I live very close to Budweiser Stage but couldn't afford the absolute fortune that RHCP were charging for tickets.
@@sianspherica to be fair the charge isn’t direct to the band, but yes being a Chilies fan is way too expensive these days.

Why do they choose the lamest, most played out songs that never change each show? Dont they get bored?
Most people come and pay money to see hit songs.
