  • Getting feedback is such a difficult thing to receive and sometimes to give. I feel that we always have this tendency to not be completely honest for fear of upsetting people.
    However, getting feedback is absolutely crucial and more importantly, getting feedback that is honest is a must. We may not like what people have to say and we may not agree with everything they have to say but what's important is that we get our customers perspective so that we can continually measure, test and improve everything we do, even if it's just one percent per day.
    One of the tools I found most effective for actually getting feedback is the use of Bonjoro video messaging where I added a link to get the feedback and I can also control the mood and context of the communication to gain a better response rate.
    Here are some of the other benefits I think you'll receive when you start asking your customers for regular feedback.
