This music take me to another world it's heavenly.
Man, I absolutely love this song. I first heard it on HDSounDI before it unfortunately got deleted along with a lot of songs by Thomas Bergersen. It's so beautiful and I love how mystical it is and how it takes you to a whole other world. Also the choir is perfect but the vocal at 3:26 is so perfect and beautiful, it's literally one of the most beautiful voices I ever heard in my life.
Very evocative of our fragile and small planet being protected and sustained by the impossibly powerful and massive entity that will reign over us for perhaps as long as we will ever exist. Though the universe is cold and dark, the Sun stands defiant.
The sun will kill earth in a few billion years though.
This song always gave me goosebumps, imagine that this song will be the theme song for God's second coming. His story and our story, from the beginning to end.
Kind of like that. Kind of have to understand how much God can't be exclusively dedicated to Earth, as God of The Universe. Then there's so much more than that, and that makes my head seem like it's multilayered. Like the rings within a tree.

It really makes me sad how underrated Thomas and TSFH is, especially in comparison to Hans Zimmer. I mean don't get me wrong i love Hans' music just as much as the next guy but sometimes i feel like Thomas creates something greater than Hans possibly can, and it disappoints me how small his fanbase is.
I don't mind a small fan base. The smaller it is, the more of it are good people (like you for example) and not trolls and haters. I also feel like I'm more involved in it because it's a smaller, tight nit community.

This song is such a masterpiece by Thomas Bergersen. He is so amazing and sun is for sure his best album. Every song in it is so good. He is definitely one of the best composers of all time.
This song is quiet slow and peacefull but also powerfull strong and unstoppable. All those things wich are so different and opposite to eachother in only one song. I have no words for this... 😱

The female vocals and massive orchestral movements all scream "Mother Earth" and "Gaia" to me.

It's true, the sun does give life, and death. More so, every particle in your body, everything that you are, is created in the core of a star. You literally ARE the universe, put together in the exact configuration to become alive and sentient, now trying to understand itself. This is science, not mumbojumbo - but beautiful and poetic nonetheless.
The big flaw with what you're suggesting though, is that stars are continuous fusion reactions of balls of gas - not living conscious beings. They are things. You don't worship a thing because a thing doesn't care. I myself take great comfort in scientific truth, especially when it reveals something so beautiful what's mentioned at the end of the paragraph above.
My2Cents Yes,but metaphorically we are the children of all of the stars in the universe.
It is not the sun we should worship but the invisible sun whose light takes 8 minutes and 20 seconds to reach us (activate/reveal the material world). In more advanced planetary systems the invisible sun is much stronger, hence, more bliss.

i dont know about you guys but isnt it funny to think about how Two steps from hell never lets people down? every upload has something awesome for every taste for every person, and not like any other who only uploads something for one kind of person. this one is probably one of my favorites and it is the best he/she/they have uploaded but one thing is certain. i havent heard ONE song from him that i found bad! keep up the good work!

I have no words for that track to be honest, brilliant isn´t enough. The buildup is amazing and the climaxx is out of this world. I have goosebumps on my whole body and tears in my eyes.
