Tbh - look for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis if you want to find a cheap kia v8. Otherwise you'll need to look for the k900 (obviously)and the Genesis g80 and 90. After hearing how this sounds. I want that Genesis
People late at night be like "there goes that loud ass truck again" naw fam it's the k900.. Nobody would expect that sound coming outta a whip like that and for that reason I like it man.. sounds hella beast mode

I would definitely recommend with at least adding some resonators to cancel some of the drone and so its not ridiculously loud. My wifes 2015 K900 i replaced the 1st 2 mufflers witg magnaflow magnapacks, and then deleted the 2 rear mufflers. It sounds absolutely great and no annoying drone on the highway, and you dont need ear plugs
@@Xlnjv i would definitely recommend having a Kia extended warranty, because the parts for these cars are ridiculously expensive. We just had the front seat replaced and the truck latch and relay, and it was $7k! We had the ultimate extended warranty so only paid $100 deductible
Man I was just thinking about older but modern v8 cars like the crown vics etc and was wondering what if you put a muffler or straight pipe on a new car wit a v8 but there aren't many until i remembered my coworker has a k900 with the v8 and so i went down the k900 v8 exhaust rabbit hole and here I am 😂😂 A big luxury style car sounding like a truck is unexpected but i like it.. It defies the luxury aspect of the car but fuck it.. I gotta show my boy at work this video.
Must not have been paying attention? Lots of people pass Kia by, just like they did nearly any early Asian car manufacturer. The thing is they get much better real quick. I bought a a Lexus LS400 when they first came out in 1990 and loved it. Kept it for four years as I was putting on a lot of miles back then. Then I sold it at a solid price and bought two more that were VERY lightly used at one year old. Loved them too and kept them longer as I wasn't putting on as many miles then. When the K900 came out in 2015 I just had to have one. I live in upstate NY and flew to Orlando FL to buy it as I wanted the pearl white with the white interior wt black accents. Bought it when I retired and have had it seven years now. Looks and drives like brand new and I love it like the day I bought it. And let me tell ya, that 5.0 naturally aspirated V-8 mated to the eight speed ZF transmission pulls like a freight train and yet gets 29-30 mpg on an interstate! I'll keep it as long as I can because they only imported the V-8 model for two years then switched over to the twin turbo V.6 used in the Stinger. You should be able to pick up a good 15 or 16 K900 at a very reasonable price and You'll love it too.
I just picked up a 15 with the vip package the only thing I think this car lacks is the touch screen from the 16 which gives you android auto and Apple car play

@@chin6822 you’d want under 60k miles otherwise you wouldn’t get Kia certified warranty. But I’m sure you can get warranty care elsewhere
