This only proves how broken that the criminal justice system really is anytime time that you have repeat offenders still attempting to creep like this. This guy even had a light sentence the first time.
That nine months was ADDEDto his original sentence of 11 months which he had yet to serve. So it was a TOTAL of 20 months he has to serve. Plus he still has to face trial for the charge being caught in this sting
Still only 11 months from 1 charge and 9 from another, should get 5-10+ per charge

Ok, seems to me we have a problem keeping harmless criminals in jail and letting dangerous ones frolic freely for a last hurrah....

We have to consider many plea agreements get reached giving less time so the victim doesn't have to be forced into court to testify
It's also incredibly expensive
