    Not sure of your codes in your area and I know you can build out here in California a 10x10 without a permit but sheating goes plate to plate . Bottom plate to top plate . At least out here . Great job

      Thanks! Yea it’s 12x10 or up to 120 square feet and under I THINK 10 feet (don’t quote me on that second point) before you need a permit. I kept the size for this relative to the needs for me and just the size of my yard!
