  • Making Art, Creating Community. We painted a public mural at Veteran's Memorial Park in Hudson, FL that is focused on the water cycle processes of Evaporation, Condensation, Precipitation and Collection as they progress through Florida's ecosystem. We had so much fun painting this mural. The hot days were enjoyable because of the friendly Pasco county staff and the kids and families playing and having fun splashing around at the park.
We have a passion for art, science and community and this project was a perfect melding of all three of those. The bold design of the mural is meant to create conversation around the natural processes of Florida's ecosystems and our interaction with it. Fresh, clean water is Florida's most valuable resource. Our freshwater and saltwater habitats essentially drive our economy and provide a unique, beautiful way of life. It is all of our responsibility to protect and conserve our water resources and the ecosystems that they support.
