- The most beautiful beach we've ever seen is Playa Balandra in La Paz, Baja California, Mexico.
Balandra is a beautiful bay on the eastern coast of Baja California that has been on our radar for years. The beautiful crystal clear water, the views, the different color blues, and the sense of being in true nature make this to many the best beach in Mexico.
Looking for a unique beach in Mexico? There are so many options but if you're looking for a bit of seclusion, away from humidity and resorts, this has to be at the top of your list. Balandra Bay is a place that is soon to be recognized in all top travel magazines because it truly is a stunning beach.
All of this is why I dare say that Balandra is the best beach in Mexico.

The only beach I have been to are Mazatlan and Tijuana beach and I could say Tijuana is nicer than Mazatlan but of course, there are way nicer beaches in México.

San Carlos beach, near Guaymas Sonora. Best sunset in the world. Go to playa Algodones and the Desert and Sunset bar/restaurant. Keep our beaches clean, please.

Lovely content. Reminds me of a place I grew up near in terms of hill climbing. We'd swim, cool off and have a great time then have to hike back up the hill to leave and be all sweaty again 🤣🌅🏖️ Can't wait to see your next adventure.

Totally agree that beautiful places like this should be visited by environmentally conscious visitors, some of the Riviera Maya in Quintana Roo has already been damaged by partiers, investors, businesses etc.🤷🏻♂️

So what time did you guys get there? I hear people start getting in line as early as 5 am.
How is the weather there? Is the ocean water warm or cold?
The water was definitely not warm but not cold either. The reason we went this time of year was to avoid the cold water in other parts. Late summer-early fall is the best time to visit for water temperature
However the weather was very hot. It was around 95 degrees Fahrenheit everyday

Do you have to make reservation to get in or pretty much just drive there & see if you can get in. Also how is the hike to the top? I’m planning to go in the end of October.
You cannot reserve to get in. The hike is very short, definitely worth it. Just be careful because there are a lot of loose rocks and there are no safety measures.
