To all the people hating on Lindsay for dumping Nick, even though he's the 'sweetest boyfriend ever': Of course, Nick is adorable, and I'd be lying if I said that, while watching the series, I didn't want a boyfriend just like him. The trouble is, I also knew a few guys like that in secondary school (in fact Nick sort of reminds me of the last guy who was into me), who were both sensitive and romantic, but a bit immature. They seemed to feel that having a loving girlfriend was the be-all and end-all of their existence - which is not an attractive quality, in either sex. While Nick could be incredibly adorable and considerate, he was also a bit intense and demanding, so I can see why Lindsay felt a bit overwhelmed. In the end, they were on two different pages of the same book, and Lindsay just didn't like him as much, and there's not really anything you can do about that. Even if you're Nick Andopolis, you can't make somebody like you.

However I would've talked it over with him I think before just breaking up with him. That's why I was glad to see that scene in the deleted scenes, because I was wondering why she didn't talk to him about it while watching the show. On the other hand, I don't think, if I'm being honest, that she ever even really liked Nick in that way. She was excited by the thought that she had a boyfriend and she was trying it out and I think she liked Nick but only in a friendly way. Because Nick's an awesome friend. I suppose it just wasn't meant to be, unfortunately for Nick.
Twelvetree12 In the very last episode, you can tell they would've eventually gotten together again. Lindsay never appreciated him but with time you see she really started to love him.
Yea I’ve been both Nick and Lindsay, and I can say that both are not comfortable situations. If you’re in a situation like Nick, you feel kinda desperate and insecure, but if you’re in a situation like Lindsay you’re not really sure how to end things without hurting feelings, and you’re also kind of just embarrassed by the smothering. Their relationship is a testament to just how realistic the show was.
the problem with Nick is that he is way too sweet. It is gringe, i mean, they didn't even knew each other and he kept saying he is in love with Linds. I think he is just showing his love the wrong way. But i think they would bê a couple in the end if Lindsay talked to him, SHE JUST SMILES ALL THE FUCKING TIME
It would be easier if Lindsay said "I don't like you".But she said that she liked Nick but never responded to his feelings.It's kinda weird.Maybe she didn't want to hurt him,but at the same time was she lying or not?

Cuz if you see alternate takes or deleted scenes of a episode you have seen- it automatically still creates a Sense of Familiararity about it!
