Really good question. I made 3 videos over time on this. You can check channel playlists. It’s harder moving from top 10 compared to Big4, butt not impossible. There are ways to do it

Sir ,my a level grades were super bad so i wana ask if i go abroad or stay in Pak fir my articalship so will my bad grades effect me or they will only see my Acca performance
They do see Academic background for first job which in this case is articleship

I can't say one or another, and what is right for you, it is based on individual circumstances. The channel has many videos explaining pros and cons of each
So can we still get into big 4 or other good firms with bad grades
It is not impossible but competition wise very hard. Again i say grades are one part of the overall equation.

@@ErenYeager22 the question is not about offset. Unfortunately due to extremely high number of candidates, companies prefer candidates who have good grades, quickly passed and maybe have other skills to differentiate. Having bad grades doesn’t mean no chances. It means what else you have to compete with others.
