It’s a very nice big house. I do hope you enjoy it. It looks like you both will now you have to maintain it and that does mean cleaning-vacuuming dusting. The better you keep it up the longer you’re able to maintain and it stays nice. I hope it’s not far from any of your regular places that you go visit. I’m so excited to see how you decorate.😊

항상 아침이 힘든 용님 ㅋㅋㅋ 이날 많이 설래셨나봐요 평소보다 훨씬 더 놓고 오신게 많으시네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 도님 뺄살이 어딨다구 또 다이어트에요! 두분 유튭코드가 잘 맞아서 넘 좋아보여요 ㅎㅎ 요즘 논란이 많아서 그런지 마감 생각보다 신경써서 잘 돼있네요 신축가서 확인해보면 벽지 찍힌곳은 생각보다 자주 발견되는 하자인데 그런것두 없네요 1.싱크대 상판 흔들거리지 않게 잘 고정되어 있는지 눌러보기(가끔 상판고정이 잘 안돼어있어서 흔들거리면 쓰면서 살살 주저앉아 밑에 수납장 문이 잘 안열리게 될수가 있더라구요) 2. 화장실 타일 모서리 눌러보기. 줄눈 빈틈없이 잘 됐는지 확인하기(이건 진짜 가끔이지만 타일이 흔들리거나 뜨는경우들이 있더라구요) 3. 화장실과 배란다 바닥에 물 크게 몇바가지 뿌려서 고인데없이 잘 흘려보내지는지 확인하기(이게 다시 공사하려면 일이 큰거라 첨에 확인해서 빨리 조치하는게 좋아요) 하면서 배수 잘 되는지도 꼭 확인!(배란다 배수구는 일하시는분들이 각종 부스러기 쓰레기들 밀어버리는경우가 은근 있어서 꼭 확인하셔요) 4. 각종수납장들 수평맞는지 수평계작은거 가져가셔서 확인해보세요 (미닫이 서랍같은경우에는 뒤틀림생기면 쓰기 상당히 힘들어질때가 있어요. 그리구 미닫는방향에서 앞쪽으로 내려오는 경사가 있으면 집기들 많이 넣었을때 혼자 열려버릴수도 있어요) 5. 쇠구슬 가져가서 바닥 수평 꼭 확인해보세요(뉴스보니까 심한집은 기울기가 상당히 기울더라구요. 바닥 평이 많이 안맞으면 가구들 삐그덕대서 상당히 불편해요) 그리구 요즘은 입주자분들이 개인적으로 감리요청하는경우도 많아지고 그런거 전문 업체들도 있더라구요 어쨌든 두분 신혼집넘 축하드리구 앞으로의 영상도 넘넘 기대하겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

평소보다 훨씬 더 놓고 오신게 많으시네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
도님 뺄살이 어딨다구 또 다이어트에요!
두분 유튭코드가 잘 맞아서 넘 좋아보여요 ㅎㅎ
요즘 논란이 많아서 그런지 마감 생각보다 신경써서 잘 돼있네요
신축가서 확인해보면 벽지 찍힌곳은 생각보다 자주 발견되는 하자인데 그런것두 없네요
1.싱크대 상판 흔들거리지 않게 잘 고정되어 있는지 눌러보기(가끔 상판고정이 잘 안돼어있어서 흔들거리면 쓰면서 살살 주저앉아 밑에 수납장 문이 잘 안열리게 될수가 있더라구요)
2. 화장실 타일 모서리 눌러보기. 줄눈 빈틈없이 잘 됐는지 확인하기(이건 진짜 가끔이지만 타일이 흔들리거나 뜨는경우들이 있더라구요)
3. 화장실과 배란다 바닥에 물 크게 몇바가지 뿌려서 고인데없이 잘 흘려보내지는지 확인하기(이게 다시 공사하려면 일이 큰거라 첨에 확인해서 빨리 조치하는게 좋아요)
하면서 배수 잘 되는지도 꼭 확인!(배란다 배수구는 일하시는분들이 각종 부스러기 쓰레기들 밀어버리는경우가 은근 있어서 꼭 확인하셔요)
4. 각종수납장들 수평맞는지 수평계작은거 가져가셔서 확인해보세요 (미닫이 서랍같은경우에는 뒤틀림생기면 쓰기 상당히 힘들어질때가 있어요. 그리구 미닫는방향에서 앞쪽으로 내려오는 경사가 있으면 집기들 많이 넣었을때 혼자 열려버릴수도 있어요)
5. 쇠구슬 가져가서 바닥 수평 꼭 확인해보세요(뉴스보니까 심한집은 기울기가 상당히 기울더라구요. 바닥 평이 많이 안맞으면 가구들 삐그덕대서 상당히 불편해요)
그리구 요즘은 입주자분들이 개인적으로 감리요청하는경우도 많아지고 그런거 전문 업체들도 있더라구요
어쨌든 두분 신혼집넘 축하드리구 앞으로의 영상도 넘넘 기대하겠습니다 ㅎㅎ
