Deepanshu bhai, pls use small cooker. You can make daal / raajma + rice in cooker very quickly. You can check some cooking videos of dal in cooker. I make it often when i m travelling. Less vessels,less time N efficient
When you are on travelling you have limited options so as per very popular Indian dish you can cook Namkeen Chawal and you need Chawal, Water, Salt, little oil if you have and Haldi if you have.
