Genius bushcraft piece. This here really gives a viewer, regardless of experience, some in depth food for thought. I’ve been watching since you started lol, you always give me great ideas on new ways to cook stuff... we live in a travel trailer and it’s basically like camping every day, so I do a lot of live fire/ campfire cooking and your videos are like a recipe bank for me... starting to think you should write cookbook!!

EXCEPTIONAL VIDEO AND EDITING, especially in the opening scenes with the fire. By chance, I am doing a pork hock right now, using the modern method of 'sou vides' precise temperature controlled poaching in a vacuum sealed pouch. We will arrive at a similar end...but I will have gravy! It has been SO LONG since I have seen burdock leaves: we used to have them here and there in our pasture lands.
