Crazy thing is that aside from the chorus and a couple lines near the end, this song is sung almost entirely in English with mostly proper grammar. It's just hard to understand without a lyric sheet due to the accents and vocal processing and/or singing style.

There's a very interesting, quite philosophical, short anime series that has this song as the intro for every single episode. You might want to react to that too. Might blow your mind, especially if you didn't watch anime before much or at all. The lyrics of the song fit very well with the themes of the anime. The anime's called Parasyte The Maxim by it's English title and Kiseijuu Sei No Kakuritsu by it's Japanese title.
