The Warscrolls and point values may change when the new Battletome is released. The units shouldn't change all that much, so at least this video will give an idea of what to expect from each model included in the Vanguard box set. Thanks for watching!
I find it kinda fate like, abouy 2 years ago I started to grow intrest in AoS and sweeping through armies I locked onto the reapers quickly (overall a fan of undead) but at that time my life was in a rut that left me in to poor of a economy to really get into the hobby. Fast forward to today and as indeed fate would have it now that I'm out of that rut and living well reapers get a new tome and what looks like a solid starter box.
Haven’t heard any rumors about a 4th Ed AoS. From what I’ve seen, everyone seems really happy with AoS. If they do another edition, it would probably be more like 40k 8th to 9th. No big changes. Unless they went full on alternating activations?
You can spend a command point to issue the 'All-out Attack' command to one unit. That adds 1 to hit rolls for attacks made by the chosen unit. You can use this in each phase, shooting and combat if you have enough command points. Usually only once per phase but some units like the Ironjawz Megaboss can issue the same command twice.
this box really went downhill. soulreaper never saw much play, and after the faq nerf to the harvester neither does it or the morteks thatvrelied on it. im sure eventually points and rule changes will give those units a new day in the sun, but for the moment out of this box only the 5 cav models are competitively viable.

Every warscroll is going to change, we already have the new deathrider stats out there.
Late to the video. Just starting AOS and trying to pick an army. Thanks for the work 🙂
Hey nice one, I'm sure you'll love it, AoS is a great game.

Been really enjoying your WH40k and AoS content. Gotten into both of them and you have made some amazing guides/coverage. Cheers!
That's awesome to hear, thanks, George!
Wondering if vanguard mode will be a thing when AoS4 drops likely next year.
Oh good call! I can see that happening.

@@earnestwanderer2471 it’s just the 3 year edition cycle.
I might have missed it, but can the generals or other characters buff the to-hit roll for the line units?
