Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone
(In the car) Press the phone button.
(On the mobile) Look for the vehicle device name displayed on the car radio and confirm the PIN.
WELL DONE! Now your radio and your phone are paired.
Now you can activate the UConnect LIVE services onboard.
Pair your phone to your car radio and launch the UConnect LIVE Mobile App.
Sign in with your UConnect LIVE account and start your UConnect LIVE experience.
You’re almost there! Sit back and wait for a few minutes…
In the meantime, link your social media accounts.
Now the setup is complete.

I bought the Radio Nav Live option on my Mito 2015 and it's still impossible to make it work, the app says the car does not support live services, if so why selling an option you cannot offer?
U connect is not available in app store in Croatia.
It is somewhat disappointing that it is only available in a limited number of countries. All I would want it for is better music support and updating the satnav. So even limited support would be better than nothing.
I cannot for the life of me get this to work, as it says Uconnect Live is not activated on my vehicle, a 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. Im in Sweden and the Uconnect is European, what to do?
Does this work in Canada ????????
Hi Fiat, Instead of asking us to please contact a tollfree number or take it to a fiat dealer, maybe you could do a video of how to fix this, I am tiered of going around in circles trying to fix this issue, also Uconnect doesnt work. Why use an app that doesnt work.
Carplay and android auto?
Does Uconnect also update the TomTom maps, or do you still have to use the 'usb-stick method'?
@@asr1143 you always have to update with usb... The 'online services' only provide traffic updates while using GPS.
Note: updates do take long. They estimate it around 30 minutes, mine always take up to more than an hour! (So if you can't leave your car alone, i suggest taking a book, some coffee, a pillow, ... 😂😂😂)

I get this message when i try to connect to my new (2nd hand) fiat 500. I dont know the previous owner. What do I do to fix this?

this doesnt seem to work if you login using a social media account instead of creating a uconnect account - even though its worded as you can just use a social media account in the first place instead of having to create another account. the problem then is that the vehicle is associated with the previous social media account and even if you try and create a uconnect account and use that via the app, uconnect seems locked out to that none-working social account. poorly thought out really.

I just got a pre-owned Alfa Romeo Giulietta from 2017 with Uconnect LIVE.
However, the Uconnect LIVE in my Alfa i registered to another user as owner. Therefore, I cannot use my Uconnect account on the Alfa.
Does anyone know how a way, step-by-step, to fix this, so I will become the "new" Uconnect LIVE owner?

Jeep info: The Connected Services offering to our customers has been significantly expanded with Mopar Connect / Alfa Connect and the recent introduction of Uconnect Services / Alfa Connect Services, which are built into an increasing number of models: currently the Jeep Renegade and Compass MY20 (ICE and 4xe), the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio MY20 and the Fiat New 500.
Due to the growth of these more advanced connectivity solutions and the use of mirroring services via Carplay / Android Auto, and to avoid unnecessary overlap, the Uconnect Live content associated with the OPT RSW/RTG code has been removed from the product network.
