      Buy those human shape dummy bags with arms & legs. Practice with that...eBay sells them. I'm going to buy 1 soon. You can flip them judo style. They cost only $90 to $100. I don't know if they deliver to India. But you can make your own too. Good luck hope find what you seek. 👍

    Thank you but In real life, many victims of stabbings are teenagers
    I was 13 when just outside my college a 15 year old was stabbed to death by a rival college

    • @adilsafir
      @adilsafir 4 года назад

      I'm suggesting using plastic knives to teach from ages 10 and above simply because when I was in college, kids used broken protractors and compasses just for practice.

      Knife defence should be the last resource. When you have really no options, then you might try to use them. In reality, you will be scared, nervous, in panic so those techniques will not come out naturally. We don't want to give false information or teaching to encourage anyone especially teenagers to use these. Teenagers even adults sometimes I personally think if you don't know any of these you might be safer. In knife attack, you shouldn't be over confident.

      @@self-defence Master (bow)
      I mearly mentioned the need for training the youth as many teenagers have begun carrying knives because they are scared of others with knives.
      By understanding the risks associated with blades and the difficulty defending against one, they would be less likely to attack with a knife because they could relate with victims.
      But yes all training should have adequate supervision.

      I think another thing Sa Bum Nim was implying is children under 15 often lack the maturity to understand the importance of these techniques and to not experiment on their friends with real blades if they don't know what they're doing
