This is solid evidence of time travel. These guys were way ahead of their time. It's 11 years down the line, and present Kenyan musicians aren't even close to recreating this vibe.
I stand on you on this 😂
I’m South African & 20 years of age today, this song still gives me the same feeling it gave me back when I first heard it in my primary school days!❤️🇿🇦🇰🇪
@siya I remember playing it to my south African friends some time back in 2016 at sunset beach capetown. They didn't believe it was a Kenyan band.
✨✨✨✨✨five star music always breaks bank
I remember playing this song to my South African colleagues at sun set beach in Cape Town. They said this is not an African band. They liked it. Proudly Kenyan. Love SA

These guys were supposed to be the best talent from Africa the world has ever seen and they freaking blew it !!
They should Be bigger than wizkid , Burna boy and them RN , so sad ,
Guys I don't think Kenyan fam' understand how much we South Africans loved this song. So much so we always thought Camp Mulla was a South African hip hop group, 'cause of the similar accents etc. Nostalgia wayawaya ❤🇿🇦🇰🇪.
😂😂😂thought the same too I really miss these guys
They don't sound South African
@@ulemuphiri8489but we thought and still think they do sound South African

It's 2023 October and am still listening to this bang🔥🔥
Camp mulla was so underated
I remember listening to this masterpiece on tv for the first time while I was young. Camp Mulla had so much potential. I will back the vibe💯✨✌️
10/5/2024 still listening to this master piece
old music is always lit
Why did they have to break up!?!😳😳😳 If they stuck together, Kenyan music would be World Class, but look at us now, Tanzanian Bongo has infiltrated kenya
Calm down. Bongo was always better and will always and forever be better. That doesn't mean you can't me good but you'll always be kinda shitty in comparison.
@QOOQ8808 you're one of the few who actually believe that. Then again, one man's trash is another man's treasure
@@QOOQ8808 bongo imegrow tukiona tu..ukisema bongo, outside Wasafi hata hatujui bongo Artistes. Kenya has a lot more variety in music.
@@okakafelix3644 how many Kenyan artists have more than 3 songs on RUclips with more than 2 Million views.
@@QOOQ8808 I still Believe RUclips is a very inaccurate yardstick for how good a song is
.take for example, a song like Taka taka by Alvindo..has 1.2 M views on RUclips, does it make it any better than a song like African King by FenA Gitu which has 312k views..or Inspire Me by Nameless with the same 1.2M?
Kenyans love a lot of foreign stuff...that's why you will hear Kenyans say, I don't watch Kenyan music...I don't watch Kenyan series...I don't watch Kenyan news and they say it with pride as if that's an achievement.
I believe Kenya has the greatest diversity in music in Africa..and that is the greatest thing but also an Achilles heel since it makes our music niche based.
Bongo is mostly one style and almost always Wasafi Carry's the flag..
See Brian Nadra- Reggae
Ethic-Gengetone
Prisca Ojwang-Jazz
Blinky Bill-dont know his genre hata
Atemi Carol-Afro Fusion
Khaligraph-Hiphop
Redsan-Ragga
Check out Arrow Bwoys DigiDigi and you will notice it's a huge hit in Mauritius from the comments..
Na there are a lot of Kenyans who don't even know who he is
I've probably heard this song a thousand times in clubs in Nairobi and assumed it was American. Finally moved back to America and realize this was Kenyan.
Who will believe this song which has been played all over the world was done just here in Kenya by Kenyans❤
Collo murdered this song with flawless English...
