Abu Hurraira narrated that The Prophet ﷺ said:
❝Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him❞.

There is a good book from Imam ibn al-Qayyim called "The evils of music The devils voice instrument"
By Allāh if we listen and understand what our brother is telling us from the scholars we will have protected ourselves from a great amount of Evil!
Jazak Allah khair!
It is funny, yet strange, I did that multiple times: mute the song and see those dancing figures. Looks like they are fedup of the gravity or something. Or some heated metal is being placed under their feet. In simple words, they look disturbed.
May Allah guide us. We all do have some weaknesses, may Allah help us overcome them. The least we can do is ACKNOWLEDGE that this is HARAM. As they say: to solve a problem, we must first IDENTIFY the problem. Thats the first step we can take at least.

May Allah bless our shaykh.

At least Alhamdulilah it's recorded thus people can perhaps benefit from this timely and much needed advice. May Allah bless and reward our shuyookh Hassan and Abdulilah and also the brothers in DUSDawah (and potentially sisters if they're involved) with much good for their service to Islam, the Sunnah and the Muslims!

Music? Of all the things to talk about we are still talking about music if it’s haram or halal?
Yes, its very needed to remind the youth. It is very prevalent online and every single video you see nowadays has music. People dancing, and performing evil acts to music, even muslim sisters online singing, and it takes the people's hearts away from the remembrance of Allah. I've spoken to a few people who truly believe the hadith in Bukhari is not authentic and say Music is fine. And go as far as to say that the sahaba and the prophet salalahu alayhi wa salam listened to music. Personally myself until I attended a lecture that warned against the evils of music I listened to it alot, and had wide knowledge of artist and different types of music. It is pure evil, and when I stopped Allah azzawajal increased me in much Alhumdulillah. So yes, we will always warn against music. The scholars warned against it 1400 years ago, 1200 years ago, 1000 years ago 500 years ago 200 years ago 100 years ago and they warn against it today which is more needed then ever, you dont see because they wear hijab but sisters they wear their airpods or headphones underneath to listen to misic while they walk around, allahu A'lam music is worse today then ever because of the sheer ampunt of it online and how easy it is to access it. Atleast before people they had to pay to go and listen or they had to get up and leave their houses to go to it. But now its as simple as opening your phone you have thousands of albums for free.
So akhi don't be fed up with hearing the same things over again, even if you already have the knowledge because there are many who do not. Same like you wouldn't get bored of listening to Tawheed even though we know it, BarrakAllahu feekum.
Yea, the prophet and the Companions forbade music Alhamdulillāh
With all respect, this is just a foolish argument that is taking you away from the truth!
Who said that we should only talk about part of our religion & leave the rest?
Prophet Muhammad PBUH said:
“What I have forbidden for you, avoid. What I have ordered you [to do], do as much of it as you can...”
[Bukhari & Muslim]
So in this authentic hadith, when the prophet spoke about things which are forbidden, he told us to avoid them all, but when he spoke about orders & obligations, he told as to do as much as we can! That shows us that things which are forbidden must be avoided completely.
Of course we not prefect, but once we do a sin, we have to turn away from it & ask Allah for forgiveness.
you'd be surprised at how much people at my place thinks music is halal...
Its important because there are many who don't know music is haram.
If your recitation isn't interesting enough so people don't pay attention and do other things then you shouldn't be butthurt bro
I've never heard anyone say that Quran is not interesting after they hear it and you can check the YT videos were people ask random strangers for their reaction to that.
As for "Butthurt" its just rude from your part, hope this never happen again, Peace.
Are you a Muslim?
Qur'an doesn't need to interest anyone, those who turns away from the Quran are lost and will enter hell
@@Zzucia polytheists are butthurt by Quran, they are jealous of how mere words can be so powerful!!! So mushriks try to make background noise with music. Such insecure beings they are.
I heard the man quote autorities on the matter.
I saw u spittin hate on the matter.
So that the matter now became cristal clear.
