  • This exercise focuses on increasing stability stability on a single leg, and full range of motion through the posterior chain.
    Hold weights in each hand, grip the platform or bench with your toes and heels. Drop chin to chest, roll your shoulders forward allow the weight to pull you down until your arms frame your ears with your head pointing toward the ground (or as far as you can). If possible, lift one leg backward and stabilize on a single leg, feeling the stretch deep into your hamstrings and glutes. Hold for the instructed amount of controlled inhales and exhales through the nose.
