Love your projects. All came out nice. I learned how to crochet when I was in 7th grade and it's very relaxing. Once you learn the basic stitches you can do almost anything. Proud of you!!

Kristin your DIY’s are always beautiful!!! I watched a tutorial on how to make teddy bears out of gloves 🧤 the bear turned out so so cute and I know you could make them your baby girl would love them. I’m going to find it and tag you so you can see how the person made the Bear!
Hey girl, these are so cute!! I learned to crochet years ago, then i got away from it till a couple years ago my daughters asked me to crochet her a blanket. Its really fun, wish i could remember how to make those squares with flowers in the middle. Ugh lol! Have fun with it!!

I've been crocheting (off and on) for years. Have you seen the Woobles? Even though I'm pretty good at crochet, I've ordered some of their cute little (beginner kits) animals to try and will probably end up giving them to our great grandchildren -- can't believe I'm that old!

OMG Kristen, I am so proud of you for learning to crochet. I am 56 years old and my grandmother was amazing at crocheting. She made countless afghans, doilies, Christmas ornaments ,you name it she crocheted it curtains table cloths, bedspreads everything I wanted to learn it so badly but I have problems with my hands and I’m unable to do it and was so sad that I felt it was becoming such a lost art so I am so happy so so happy that you are carrying on a beautiful craft I hope more people in your generation take inspiration from you and learn to do it because it is a timeless treasure, and they become beautiful family heirlooms.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥹😁

Kristin, I so wish you or another crafter I watch regularly lived near me because I have a shed-full of DT signs, flowers, craft supplies, as well as supplies from Michael’s and Hobby Lobby that I’d sell the entire shed contents for a small fraction of what I paid. I’m in the process of deciding if I’m moving or not but I just don’t have the space inside to craft like I wish. If anyone is in the South Jersey, DE, MD or Philadelphia area, please comment and I’ll send pics of anything and give you basically a 75-90% discount because I just need the stuff gone. I don’t care about losing money. I live about 10 miles into NJ from Delaware and Philadelphia. I didn’t mean for this to start out as an add but I thought maybe some subscribers live near me. I’d truly hate to waste them but if I move, a lot will be thrown away. I’m so happy for a Monday video and Happy (Early) Summer to everyone. I have 10 more days of work at our local school!!
I'm a crafter I live in New Jersey close to 295 195 and route 29 not sure how far you are from there but quite possibly interested LOL I am somewhat of a supply hoarder. I am handicapped so I can't often get to the stores this would be very convenient for me if you're close. 😁
@@grandmamaria73 if you’re near Trenton, you’re a little less than and hour from me. I used to travel from Philly to Trenton for work. If I could bring it all to you I would but it’s too much. It is however, organized, and I’m finished work as of 6/14, other than my side job at the school during the summer, but that schedule is up to me. I’m not locked into any certain days if I have something to do.

My walmart got rid of the hello hobby and brought back Waverly. It wasn't as good, so didn't sell. I'm happy they brought waverly back.

If your paint a bit old use some paint thinner,about the old paint not coming off your sign not sure about that I would think rubbing alcohol should help,but not 100% about that,but otherwise that matter you did a great job founding your old stuff,it's is awesome to found a older stuff & turning them into something new 😊

Good luck with your new hobby. I always wanted to learn how to crochet. I do know how to make a chain, but that is about it. My Father and mother both crocheted. My father even knew how to knit. He made beautiful gowns. They both sewed as well. Both were very creative. How are you making out with the diamond painting? All very nice. I love thrifting. Have an amazing week.

Kristine my uncle yes you read it well did chrocheting and he did dressis and jumpas for my Aunt. (He also saw dresses too) Still has some as of today and he is gone over 30 years. They last long.They looked absolutely stunning. So I am happy to see you learning. My Mum did too and when she got sick of the dress she made for herself undone all and made eg. a costume out of it. As always you do fantastic work! I admire you for learning to crochet! I don’t crochet, but I do knit. I learned many years ago while taking breaks at work. I was the youngest employee and an older lady taught me on breaks and at lunch time. Here it is 57+ years later and it is still fun to see projects take shape.
