Hi, I love decluttering videos. I make jewelry, crochet, do various papercrafts, and occasionally embroider. I've taught a few craft classes. I give things I don't use to kids' or seniors' programs. 3 of us live in a 2BR apartment so my craft supplies fit in a small bookcase or under my bed. Tina, Al's wife

What an amazing transformation - you did an awesome job! I didn’t even realize the visual clutter was so high until you compared the before and after. With the visual overwhelm of what was on the shelves and the full scale gallery wall, there wasn’t anywhere to rest your eyes. The room looks so much more peaceful after your declutter. And you were ruthless! I just rearranged my craft room over the weekend and was able to clear a table off for my kids (4 and 2) to sit and craft at, and I cleared out an unused 3-tier cart for their few craft supplies. What a joy to have our kids crafting with us. Nice job!!
@@GothicLenne thank you for your comment! Yes, I love having them there with me! Since this video, they each have their own desk so we did some rearranging. It’s been so much more pleasant crafting and being able to put everything back with ease 💕
It is so nice that you share your craftroom with your daughters. I also make junk journals and have tons of supplies. I just keep decluttering when I see something to throw away, give away or donate. I still have cabinets in the garage and boxes of supplies in my clothes closet. The good thing is I craft about 4 days a week. Thank you for this video ❤

You should set up a library box in your neighborhood and set it up for people to add to and borrow as their heart desires. This would ensure that the books would continue to be loved. I love books.

I understand your anxiety I have it also ...my craft room looks like a bomb went off so it is on my list for December to work on so I can go in there and work on something...like some of my tag making and journaling..

WOW. You have so many books. Do you use them for crafts or to read? I would love to have the space for a mini library, but my husband says, "You don't do anything in a mini way," lol. This was a great video.
The books in the bigger shelf are to read :) Haha that sounds like something my husband would say.

I use a glass cutting board when I use my hot glue gun. Dried glue easily comes off, is heat resistant and is thin so it easily stores.
That’s a great idea! Idk why but I always just grab whatever piece of cardboard or paper I have laying around as my glue gun surface 😅 I debated keeping it as a paint palette but it’s clear so I think it would be hard to see the colors unless placed on a light surface.
I had my husband buy my Tim Holtz glass mat for our anniversary one year. It is worth buying it. ❤
