Don't through the desk you might some day return use it. A mom advice when we grow sometimes it's hard to have another furniture in our life's, when i was young I was like you having a lot of furniture, but now I could barely have the essentials in my life, your desk is lovely you can use it for planning and other stuffs, I wish I could have one of these desks, they are so expensive in my country. Love your bookshelves.
I put it in my parent's attic because I'm sure either me or my siblings will want to use it in the future! it doesn't fit the space right now but my mind changes so fast that it's nice to have a backup
tbh some of these are 7 or more years old, this collection definitely took time to build, but if that what you want I have no doubt that one day you'll have this many or even more books! ☺️
