Eli you have dropped a lot of valuable content and I truly appreciate it. Even though I paid for your course for your free content would have already given a beginner photographer or entrepreneur a great start. I truly appreciate that you put out so much content. I pay a lot of attention to the repeat messages. It's very valuable and I really appreciate you thank you.
Great advice! Of course your cost of doing business needs attention as well so that you have a NET profit when it's all said and done.
Thank you! Great point, should have mentioned that!
Great short and to the point piece. I guess my question would be more of what makes up a package? Most do it by time, but was interested in how you put your varied packages together.
Can you talk about how you started Photography, how do you started getting notice without experience, am starting Photography in México, i only got a canon m50 and I need to start somewhere, found your channel and I got hooked, thanks for everything
He has a course which I highly recommend.
Canon M50 is good enough to do real estate :)
Great video. Thanks
Very true!!!
Well we can begin to take photos and cataloging the best photos you’ve taken 😊
how much would I charge if someone needs me 12 times a month, and wants to pay by the month, how much should I charge per shoot?
Very similar position as Jorge. I have been in photography for 5 years or so but real estate is brand new. I have talked to a few realtors and even mentioned that I would do the first shoot for free, but since I didnt have a portfolio yet, they didnt hire me, even for the free shoot. I am having a hard time getting started or hired
I had the same issue with no portfolio when I first started, so I got creative. Shoot your own place. Ask friends and family if you can shoot a few rooms. There was some new construction in my area and they had a model home. I asked if I could shoot it for my portfolio and they let me! You don't need a full home shoot for your portfolio. A few living rooms, kitchens, primary bed and bath and you've got a portfolio. It worked for me and got me my first paying gig!
Find new construction homes in your area. They are usually beautifully decorated by professionals and the sales counselors will typically let you take pictures and video. I do it all the time as an agent and now as a RE photographer, I’ve built a portfolio of 90 images from model homes. Best of luck!
Hi Eli. Great informative videos! How do you go about charging? Do you take a deposit up front, take payment before or after the shoot? TIA!!
How would we find the market standard price? That’s my issue right now. Idk how much others are charging so I can’t land inside that sweet spot
How does one go about obtaining the average cost of local real estate photographs to properly charge their customers and clients?
Good old marketing research via google
what do u charge for like per sq feet or for the no of photos??
why is your class $11K when every place else is $500 and below
@itselijones How does the free package offer apply to retain clients or real estate agents ? Any information would be great. Thank you
