A few things here. 1) Not only is this a HUGE test in trying to get the win in a cold weather game. It's also the pesky narrative, that McDaniel, like Flores, can't beat teams with winning record. So, there is a A LOT on the line here. It's a trap game for the Fins. Next week, the Fins got the Jets at Miami. While the Jets are a mess, still, they seem to play the Dolphins tough. Next, the ole 2022 NFL Draft. A draft, where Miami had to maximize their draft, and they failed miserably. I wanted Zach Tom, OG/OT (Wake Forest) instead of reaching on Erik Ezukanma, WR, (Texas Tech). Not stopping there either. I wanted Rasheed Walker, OT (Penn State) instead of Cameron Goode, LB, (California) in the 7th round. How do you let an OT with a 1st round pedigree slip right by you, Grier? Granted, Rasheed Walker has injury concerns, but, you reached on Goode, who was considered a UDFA in the draft prospects ratings I looked up. After the 4th round, look to get prospect with High Reward/Low Risk. And this is not even hindsight is 20/20. I have talked about this back in 2021 on Fins Up Network - Miami Dolphins Coverage (Ben Morgan). The Dolphins could have had TWO solid OT's in that draft. Thus making Patrick Paul, not a need in 2024 and Fins could have focused on Guard, or backup QB, ILB, DT or even Center. So frustrating being a Fins fan.
The Jevon Holland discussion is annoying me. Yes he has not 5 picks, 3 FF and 2 sacks or whatever numbers you wish but: You dont hear his name most of the time during games what means he is doing his job. He doesnt give up big plays and Im fine with that.
Finally, a decent game….this will be my first full game watch of the season. I have a strong opinion of what the outcome will be. So, I will say it now. Fire everyone immediately S. Ross!
@All Dolphins Podcast In the second-to-last episode, your guest referred to a specific player as "garbage." This comment has continued to bother me, as it’s not the way one should talk about a person, regardless of their performance. I also believe it would be in the host's best interest to hold guests to a higher standard of respect. Doing so would not only reflect better on the podcast but also encourage a more respectful comment section and maybe less rude comments towards you.
Damn, you'd think this guy was talking about a 3-8 team the way he talks about the Packers. 😂 I agree Love isn't playing at a high level right now, but they definitely have the ability to be explosive, and they've shown it at times this year. You really don't have many shutdown defenses anymore in the NFL. Most give up yardage, but the good ones are opportunistic by getting sacks in big moments and forcing turnovers. I watch alot of Packers games and while I wouldn't say they're a dominant team like the Lions, they're probably in that 2nd tier behind Detroit with Philly. This game will be very tough for us and if we play anything like we did against the Rams on offense, it could get ugly. My biggest issue with the Dolphins is how are we gonna stay balanced and keep defenses from just teeing off on Tua in these cold weather road games? I haven't seen enough of the grind it out, physical running game from this offense to feel good about keeping their defense off balanced and controlling the tempo. I don't see Tua just strolling into Lambeau field and picking apart the Packers' defense if we can't run the ball effectively. Achane isn't that type of back, and our oline isn't good enough to push them around. Hopefully the weather isn't that bad other than being cold, but add in the hostile environment, I'm going Pack 31-21
I enjoyed the podcast. Both of you were honest in your opinions. At least in my opinion.
Jordan love has 11 INT's in 9 games...No excuses for the defense not to get an INT and help the offense out..
Thanks Alain see you next time ❤
thanks for the content!

Can the dolphins who are a finesse team compete with a good nfc central team in cold weather. It is a very big test for them.

Don’t recall which player, but it’s not a term I would use to describe a player.
