Be kind with anything within you that could have contributed to the vulnerability that made whatever bad thing you are experiencing within yourself or your environment. Sometimes we take seemingly neutral actions but we do not know that they have a negative impact. In the long term EVERYTHING has an impact. So choose wisely your battles and what you do with your time. Forgive yourself if something you did knowingly or unknowingly caused harm to you or anyone else. And tell your higher mind or in prayer tell the higher power that created everything that you will not do this again and you will keep negative actions to bare minimum.

As I study electrical engineering in a university in Greece, working from 9-2 and exercising martial arts I have to say that combining this sound with a 15 minute meditation is life changing. I strongly suggest whether you have 5 minutes free or you have a completely free day you should try to close your eyes control your breathing and just empty your mind with this sound. My friend is having a hard time dealing with her ex boyfriend dating someone else. We’re in Mexico at the moment and were at dinner with her parents & once we were all finished with our meals she started subtly crying at the table, turning her face away & coving her face so her parents couldn’t see. Her dad noticed and asked if she’s okay and mouthed to me “go up to your room if you need to” so I took her up. Then I played this to release the negative thoughts & energy from her (didn’t tell her what or why I was playing this music). She stopped going on her phone RIFHT AWAY and fell asleep 2 mins later.

Be kind with anything within you that could have contributed to the vulnerability that made whatever bad thing you are experiencing within yourself or your environment. Sometimes we take seemingly neutral actions but we do not know that they have a negative impact. In the long term EVERYTHING has an impact. So choose wisely your battles and what you do with your time. Forgive yourself if something you did knowingly or unknowingly caused harm to you or anyone else. And tell your higher mind or in prayer tell the higher power that created everything that you will not do this again and you will keep negative actions to bare minimum.

@IngLouisSchreurs Yes, there is the responsibility to do one's part such as studying in this situation but it would be unwise to dismiss the help received in doing one's part in a much more positive and effective way. Meditation can help the time studying to be more highly leveraged. Much better to study with a mind operating from a positive place at peak efficiency.
Meditation has transformed me from a conflicted addict, into a conscious, loving entity. With a little striving and devotion, we all have the power to end suffering.

As I study electrical engineering in a university in Greece, working from 9-2 and exercising martial arts I have to say that combining this sound with a 15 minute meditation is life changing. I strongly suggest whether you have 5 minutes free or you have a completely free day you should try to close your eyes control your breathing and just empty your mind with this sound. After that you will feel amazing and ready to achieve your goals. My regards and respect to those that are struggling everyday and never show it so they don't wanna affect negatively their loved ones

My friend is having a hard time dealing with her ex boyfriend dating someone else. We’re in Mexico at the moment and were at dinner with her parents & once we were all finished with our meals she started subtly crying at the table, turning her face away & coving her face so her parents couldn’t see. Her dad noticed and asked if she’s okay and mouthed to me “go up to your room if you need to” so I took her up. Then I played this to release the negative thoughts & energy from her (didn’t tell her what or why I was playing this music). She stopped going on her phone RIFHT AWAY and fell asleep 2 mins later.

We choose our family members in each lifetime for particular lessons, and they chose us. Perhaps you needed to recognize how bright that light within you is, because it shines on the darkness in others and they're scared of it so the way they think act and speak actually has nothing to do with you, it's just their fear of the light and what you represent. And that's not for you to worry about because they have to deal with their own Journey and Karma that they came here to work through.
Our lessons are always to be more connected to the spiritual world than the physical world and what our eyes and ears are processing. Because we know there is more that transcends all of that....❤ certainly tough being a light worker and ignoring any Temptations and distractions in this man-made matrix..... but the rewards are astounding😊
