  • When ever I scrap out anything with a plug I always set them aside and I now have enough to make a nice chunky little bar so that's in todays video . I also melt down last weeks casing video off cuts and spills into an awesome big Monkey Island coin.
Now Guys if you Feel like supporting the channel it wont cost you a cent as you can Simply just donate some of your time. By just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways and more treats for the dogs👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻😁👍🏻.

HOW I MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

Welcome back all you awesome beautiful people, I hope you've had a great week. Mine was pretty flat out here on the property but I can't complain I love it out here. I've been collecting these power plugs for a while now and there should be enough to make a nice chunky bar so that's exactly what I do today, as well as making a big monkey Island coin from last week's offcuts. Now sit back enjoy the video and most importantly have a great weekend and hope to see you all next Friday😁👋🏻.

The scenery where you live is amazing! It's especially brilliant when it rains. I live kinda in the woods in Alabama. The land we have has a combination of hardwoods and pines. We also have a small creek that goes through it. The flames and the smoke curls from the second melt were particularly pretty. Yeah, I'm easily amused by molten metal. Thank you for another video and stay safe!

Just a little hint for next time. If you put them all in boiling water the copper and brass comes out a lot easier. Alternatively, put them in the freezer overnight, then hit them with a hammer when they are still very cold.

How long does it take to edit your videos? I uploaded an 11 minute one earlier that took me 3 hours to edit. A 40 minute one I did a while back took me 4-5 hours to sort. I'm guessing it all comes from experience.

Thanx again buddy, Now when it comes to editing it will normally take me about 20-25 hours for a 35-40 minute video. It takes that long as I will have about 4-5 hours of footage that I need to cut and compress to make it watchable. Sometimes when I do certain bits in my videos I can take 20 minutes just to get a 15-20 second clip . Its a very slow process but when I edit Im watching Netflix with the boys so its not all bad😁👍

As time goes on and my videos get better and more people subscribe I’ll upgrade. Only really done 3 or 4 videos that had to be edited.

Hello. I have been watching your videos for a long time. And even though they are always on the same topic, they are always a little different. Nicely edited video with detailed and often funny shots (metal - refrigerator - food - dogs - shoes - extravagant socks - view outside - perhaps a storm - and again the result of melting). It must take a lot of work to edit such a video and especially the preparation of the cameras. I'm from the Czech Republic and you always end up showing a list of the total balance. The currency CZK, is that Czech crowns? I apologize for the possible inaccurate translation, I use google translator. I wish you many more nice videos.

I like that you wirewheeled the coin so I could see what the copper wrinkled brass looks like, but I wish you would have left the wrinkly side of the bar raw. It looked so beautiful!
