Regarding NPS, you can choose from your own employee side and then link it with PwC . And get your NPS employer contribution deducted from salary. Advantage here is, you get additional tax benefit for employer contribution.
Reg RFB, it depends on your position. Manager above gets more components like car lease and all. But yeah , you can opt for whatever components available for you as it will help you in saving tax. For eg , car/bike fuel allowance, postpaid bill, LTA.
