Bulbul shah ( ra) real name is Syed Sharaf _ud _din Abdul Rahman was the first who introduced islam in kashmir he came from Sinkiang (Xinjiang) nowadays china. He spent his whole night on the bank of river Jehlim. Prayed whole night for our guidance /hidayat as that time there was no muslim in Kashmir even though many muslim had arrived valley. on the next day he met king Rinchan king Rinchan was the first kashmiri to accept islam. He changed his name to Sadar ud din Shah (ra) . But only few thousand became muslim, Islam was still unpopular in valley people were unfamiliar. It was then Mir Syed Ali Hamdani (ra) from hamadan who spread islam all across kashmir. He came twice second time with his well skilled students. Who along with religious teachings taught different skills and brought economic revolution in Kashmir.

2 things to mention here. First, the muslim preacher who brought Islam to Kashmir was from Anatolia (present day Turkey) who moved from the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum in the 12th century. I dont remember his exact name but he was later titled as al-Turki. So Islam had spread to Kashmir before the time of Bulbul Shah or Shah e Hamdaan. Secondly please pray for Kashmir as India wants to turn it into another Palestine by displacing us in our own land and create a settler colonial avenue. The current record tourist influx into the valley is the first stage of this plan. But we are not dishaertened as Allah says in the Quran "They planned and plotted and Allah too planned and the best of planners is Allah". InshaAllah India itself will pave way for Kashmir`s independence. The dreams of Akhand Bharat that the Hindutva brigade has will ultimately result in the realization of the RasulAllah (S.A.W) prophecy of the promised "Ghazwa tul Hind". Whether Kashmir becomes part of the victorious Muslim forces of Ghazwatul Hind or becomes an independent state, one thing is for certain, it wont be a part of India. It never was even during the British rule. To the arrogant Indians who laugh at this statement, I wanna say to you that the Britishers once used to say "The sun never sets on the British empire", but a time came when it finally set and destroyed the British empire and they went back the Island they came from. Same will happen to India and its arrogance.

1. Continuous daily charity, even if it is little, with intention

2. Repeated supplication, in any case, you are a passenger

3. Honoring one’s parents to a distinguished, high degree.
4. Humanitarian actions with the intention of reconciliation.
5. Excessive mentioning/
Asking for forgiveness/Al-Hawqala/Tasbih/Taj al-Dhikr/Praying upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
6. Duha prayer, night prayer, and the necessary prayer.
7. Read Surat Al-Baqarah daily.
8. All kinds of legal ruqyah, even if you read Surah Al-Fatihah, wipe your body , and on the Water and drink. Do not be surprised by the ruqyah. Perhaps there is a mistake or sin in you or an accident that you do not know about, which is the reason for your stumble and the delay in your interests.
You will solve your problem in one of two ways;
May God guide you to an idea that was absent from you.
Or external causes facilitate the solution to your problem.
O Allah, bless our Prophet Muhammad .

Kashmiris are a descendant of the Kush who was from the lineage oh Noah (Nuh). The kush tribe settled in many places and formed many towns and cities such as Kashgar, Kashmor, kashtiwar, hindu kush, and Kashmir etc. Kashmiris thus originally practised Islam the religion of their father Noah. Then slowly islam faded away and Kashmiris practiced paganism like the Nagas and then Buddhism and then Brahmanism. Then finally Brahmanism gave way to Islam which was the original religion of the Kashmiris. That's why Kashmiris accepted Islam in droves as they quickly connected with it as it was their original religion

We Kashmiris are truly indebted to the real Sufis like Mir Syed Ali Hamdani Rahimahullah and his likes.
But the religion propagated by the Ghulat Sufyyiah and Barelviyah in these times wasn't the same religion Mir Syed Ali Hamdani came here with.
He called people toward worshipping Allah alone while this Ghulat Ahlul Bid'ah wa Quburis call on worshipping these pious people in the name of Waseelah. They never told people to build Shrines over their graves and invoke them after they pass away but the Ahlul Bidah wa Quburis found this way left no stone unturned in commitiing Shirk wa Bid'ah on their name.
May Allah guide us all towards Tawhid wa Sunnah.

We were upper class brahmins. The first man in our lineage who accepted islam was Ram dhar. His name was changed to Rehaman Sheikh. Dhar is a brahminc surname used by kashmiris to this day.
