My girls (both under 10 yrs old and tennis obsessed) loved the video and had a dozen or so questions, one of which was "Please can they post some more videos of Serena and Venus when they were young"?

I feel so sorry for them. God bless them, as they were abused in childhood and forced to pretend they were someone they weren’t. Nefarious and heartbreaking.
On the other hand, it’s incredibly deceptive and unfair that young tennis players born biologically female had to compete against them. There is absolutely no possibility on earth that these individuals were born female. None. I’m not a hater in any way; I have all the pity and forgiveness in my heart for them.

All that training Serena was still bad at volleys and wasn't a great player at the net. It's her powerful serve and return of serve that won her alot of matches.

Yea that physical fitness training at 11 years old really translates to years later on tour.
It did tho it was training like this that caused them to be so successful on tour …. Not sure what’s your angle here are for this sort of training or against it ?!?
Against. I’m all for playing games that encourages fast feet but the physics intensity of this is bad training for an 11 year old regardless of who they are. Rick Macci should know this if he is what everyone thinks he is. They would have still been champions regardless of senseless intensity of drills like this.
