- Atlant West Pentecostal Church wins How Sweet the Sound Atlanta. They sang with an Awesome, Apostolic Anointing after which Marvin Sapp remarked "You cannot mess with an Apostolic, Pentecostal Church". I did not record this I downloaded it from the How Sweet the Sound web site

I love to see a mixed church... this is truly how the lord wanted us, all in unity.

We heard a report that in St Louis, that 23people, at last count, have received the HOLY GHOST and have been baptized in JESUS name just from hearing this DVD. It all started at an elementary school where one of the teachers was listining to this choir....and the HOLY GHOST FIRE just fell and spread....

I luv seeing people (other than us Black people) get up and praise God. The Caucasian choir director just blew my head OFF!!!! he made me wanna cut a step!!!!! Man I tell ya, this is why they one the competition last year!!!!!!!!! THEY WERE REAL!!!!!!!! God IS good, all the time; all the time, God IS good!!!!!!

May have sounded messy to you but this was praise. They are truly anointed. I can't sing but best believe I sing my heart out for my king. I'm sure God is enjoying this praise and worshipping even if it may sound "messy" as you so put it. Don't be so judgmental and be happy that they are people praising and worshipping our king and can see how happy they are to do so. Let everything that has breathe praise him. Amen!!!!!

This right here is the anointing. No fancy gimmicks no fancy dance routines just singing and anoiting...even when notes were not quite right and mics were off (grrr) it was all good!

In worship its not about how good you sound. I'm so glad my pastor taught me that. Its about heart and sincerity and it showed during this. I'm glad someone else gets it.
This choir is truly blessed and anointed! I love when the people of God bless him. I'm pentecostal apostolic myself and this choir is for real! This is how true apostolics act.
I dont know where this church is but just by the power and anointing this choir has...I would love to be apart of this congregation because they are True God Serving Saints who dont mind given God Praise on or off the Camera...It was a blessing to me and im in teh Military serving in Afghanistan right now and just hearing this Choir sing this song encouraged me so much...Thank You so much Atlanta West Pentecostal Church Choir...God Bless You!!!

It's always an encouragement for me to listen to various choirs on RUclips....there is nothing better than listening to Holy Ghost filled, anointed singers and musicians. I'm not sure if you're in Afghanistan still, but I will keep you in my prayers! Thanks for your service! :-)

this is an awesome praise song! They were having sound issues and musicians couldn't keep time with them. They did an awesome job with this song!

I hear this, and you cannot deny the presence of the Joy of the Lord, I am reminded of the scripture that says the those with ears to hear will hear the spirit of the Lord,,, the deaf will not hear the religious will not hear, those with hatred will not hear those with unforgiveness and judgement will not hear.This is such an inspiration

We get it like this every Sunday...I will never forget about 2 years ago when God moved me to the church Im at, I was like Lord Im the raisin in the oatmeal, Shoot, all I can say now is Im freer than ever. And its all about Jesus

I beg to differ with you. This group was annointed from the moment they opened their mouths..It's obvious that they pray and fast on a regular basis. They have found favor in the LORD'S eyes! Let it rain, LORD!! I exalt YOU!!

not just a contest but conscience best worship!
One thing that my Pastor Bishop Bragg taught my church that in Worship its not about how you sound. Now of course if you are doing it for a living etc etc then you should be able to sing. But I think a lot of times we only look for sound, technique, and musicians being able to play great and we forget about the actual praise and worship part. They may have not sounded the best but the praise and worship was sincere and felt at least to me. The bible says let everything that has breath and make a joyful noise it didn't say only those who could sing.

It breaks my heart to see all these comments and all the disagreements about how they sang, who was not good, who should not have sang, etc. This was about worshipping Jesus

@saunei I have been to a pentecostal church that didn't shout black, white or hispanic. Some can be more mellow than others, but there isn't one church that I know of that doesn't know how. lol Praising God is not a problem.
