Really working on myself … one of the hardest things to learn is letting go of pain that has been around for years. Taking more time for myself Learning to laugh more.

I loved the video but I found the advertisements in the middle of such video (you are deep breathing and getting ready for a meditation) suddenly this loud ad about constipation comes up really annoying, I hope they consider and change it .

My prayer every day: “I love myself unconditionally and forgive myself for everything that happened yesterday. And I love everyone else unconditionally and forgive them for everything that happened yesterday.” This puts you on the path to forgiveness. Holding onto anger only hurts you.

I am a impath and i have a lot problèmes with narcistic peaple the see me as prey do you now ho intimidated that is. Everything you sher here do you have personele experience with it. There also spirituele peaple the sher whole other things about boeddhisme how i can protect myself against peaple with bad intentions. Thats a little bit confuust for me. The one said this and other dad. What is true. Boeddha said this and boeddha said that boeddha boeddha boeddha was also a human being and also not perfect. Its al so easy to said. Narcistic people seeing empathic people a them prey and noting more then that. Don't be naïef. You people have now idea how manipulate people the are so not. Maybe you must wake up. And don't sher things ware you not exsperiens with it. Women are preys the cant be always empathic you never now ware you deal with. Go to the real world you will see, not and a world where you all day long meditat and clean up the garden.
