i love fried fish, but i make it very simple one just marinate it with black pepper and salt, but i dont mind having your seasoned fish too. looks so inviting
Corn flour coating provides crispy texture, protects fish from soaking up too mush oil and not to loose masala in oil while frying. Can be added while mixing the dry masala powders, but some tasteless fish (like tilapia , Pomfret ) need to add up the taste by setting aside with masala powders paste only. Thanks

Post marination, the last step addition corn flour, will it bind well ? Or can we had corn flour while mixing the dry masala powders ?
