This area shown in video is also not Main Seoul which R mostly crowded & Busy all time.

South Korea is generally divided by two groups of sub cultures: "Gyungsang do" and "Jeol la do" In the song, BTS members have a back and forth about their own region and whose is better. Jimin, V, Suga and Jungkook are originally from the "kyungsangdo" region while Jhope is "Jeollado". Jin and RM are Seoul or Seoul region. Because Seoul is the capital, people there tend to be a blend of the two and have a more international feel. Generally Kyungsangdo men are thought to be quick tempered, very straight forward, sharp with the tongue and a bit serious. However they can be very charming in a "bad boy" kind of way. They are thought to be hard on the outside but very mushy on the inside. With girls they like, they tend to be more of the guy who takes the girl's hand and takes the lead. Let’s just remind ourselves that Jungkookie is ONLY 23. He is very young and maybe he doesn’t want to settle down now and have a family. He probably wants to focus on his career in BTS, his mixtape, and other things he didn’t get the chance to do while he was younger. He enrolled in BTS when he was only 15 I think so missed out on a lot of stuff you do when you’re a teenager/young adult. Maybe this property is just for investment purposes. Always invest in bricks and mortars when you have money.
