Met Ryan day before lockdown happened in notts at gym he originally trained at in Retford goodbodys (Nottingham gyms remained open longer than Yorkshire gyms). Absolute top bloke had a little chat with him and geezer who owns gym, down to earth northern bloke will definitely come try this out 👍

When he says it’s far away how far is he talking because if it’s anything under an hour 1 way that’s not that far but to be fair I use to drive 50 minutes to and from the gym every day after driving 30 minutes the opposite direction to go to work but maybe being in America where everything is so far apart makes perspective different like the closest mall to me is 45min- 1 hour drive away unless you take the highway

Just looked up the membership prices - unbelievable value for money… you could probably count on one hand the gyms nationwide that offer what this does. People will be coming far away to train here.
